This is soooo relaxing and soooo different: no „expert talk“ about which technical stuff is best, which bike brand should you ride, which is the adequat trouser, shoes, panniers, etc., etc. Just get your stuff on any bike and just go…. It‘s just all about the outdoor adventure and not the gear. You got it, man 🤩 Thanks for the great video
Thank you so much! I’m really glad the vibe came through for you. There’s something refreshing about just hitting the road without overthinking the gear or technical details-just the basics, a bike, and the open trail. It’s all about the freedom of the adventure! I hope it inspires more people to get out there and give it a try, no matter what bike or setup they have. Thanks again for watching, and happy adventuring! 🤩
That's awesome-it’s such a beautiful area to have nearby! The campsite is tucked away just on the edge of Bøllemosen. It’s easy to miss if you’re not specifically looking for it. Link to campsite: udinaturen.dk/shelter/4704?scIds=1150,1303,6586&scExtIds=1150,1303,6586&ffId=2468&from=map
Thank you so much! The golden autumn light really made the whole experience feel extra special. For breakfast, I had protein oatmeal. It is just oats, protein powder, cinnamon, salt and water. I added some banana as well. It is funny but there is someting about eating outdoors that makes everything taste better!
I'm aiming to start doing minimalist bikepacking next year on Fyn! My biggest struggle is how to prepare the "kitchen" equipment to have enough stuff for 2 people for 2 days. I was curious how you will wash the pot after the dinner without having a proper water source (or it was just not shown? ;)), do you mind sharing some tips on that? When doing camping trips by car it is much easier - I just pack more water. ;)
That sounds awesome-Fyn is a beautiful choice for bikepacking! When it comes to minimalist kitchen gear for two, it can definitely be a bit of a puzzle. My Trangia set was almost too small for me :-) I also struggled with water. I had enough to clean the pot in the evening. I did not have enough to clean the pot after breakfast. I cleaned it once I got back home instead. Hope that helps a bit-and feel free to share any tricks you discover along the way too!
Thanks! The campsite is located right next på Bøllemosen in Jægersborg hegn. You can find the exact location and more information via this link: udinaturen.dk/shelter/4704?scIds=1150,1303,6586&scExtIds=1150,1303,6586&ffId=2468&from=map
Ha! It’s funny how things pop up in the most unexpected places, right? 😄 Hope it brought back some good memories (or at least made the video a little more interesting)! Thanks for watching and catching that detail!

Really beautiful! So much golden, autumnal light. Very curious about what your breakfast was. It looked good..
