I didn’t realize that haikyuu would actually be in some type of comparison with volleyball itself, I always thought It was unrealistic. I applaud her for that save, she took one for her team.
Even though people are saying it’s unrealistic. It still taught us indoor people the mechanics and sportsmanship of the game. We enjoy watching real games more because a literal cartoon taught us how it works.

In volleyball as long as the ball makes contact with a part of the body it’s legal. You just can’t hold it. This reminds me of that haikyuu moment where the Libero saves it with his foot because he can’t move his body fast enough. Really cool!
