Seriously. My dad set up a balance beam for me in the back yard and I used our well pump as a "horse." That was the extent of any family involvement. But...my generation was different. Men worked and provided for their families. They didn't do hands on, like is acceptable now. This little girl has a righteous dad. I hope she enjoys every second with him. My dad's gone and I often think of the things we could have done ..had he been willing to.
My dad couldn’t do any of this since he is as stith as a board and break his back completely just like what the first reply said.
Yeah, I was kinda impressed with him. He couldn't do it as perfect as her but he still got some skills for sure. 🙂

a fit guy into other sports probably (or crossfitter or something). A gymnast would've known to pullover to the bar and the handstand technique would've been different I think. But still he did very very well!

Dad did WAY better than I expected. Way to go- and a great way to engage with your daughter that other parents can definitely replicate- even without the equipment. All one needs is a lawn with grass, or a neighborhood park to safely learn a cartwheel. 🤸

I absolutely love this. I have natural abilities as a gymnast but nothing nearly to the level of this girl. It would be so cool to have child that is into this. I could see myself being just like this dad. I was actually impressed by his abilities.
