My Daughter and I are trying to put together a Mini, bought as an empty body with parts in cardboard boxes. I see that the Mini in this video has the same gauge cluster and switches as in ours. Can someone tell us what is supposed to cover the gap between the upper and lower dashboard? Appart from the gauge cluster I find nothing that can hide the wires, fuses, hoses and relays, there's just an empty void with view to the firewall.
Thanks a lot Matt! The cardboard boxes, it seems, contain parts from three different cars. But now I know what to look for. We'll be using you excellent video where you install the carpets, when we get so far. Thanks for those very instructive videos!

+ThePultzFamily there should be two black card board panels. 1 large and one small. Tuck under dash rails. And hold on around vent holes
