To get Seto 2nd to duel you what you must do is first beat 2 High Mages and get their respective Millennium Items. Then go down to the hiding grounds where Jono will tell you that they have kidnapped Teana so you head to the Vast Shrine to save her. This is where you duel Seto 2nd.

It would mean the world to me if you played thar game. With Legaia, Crash, and this game you will have played all of my childhood favorites. :D
Sup damian, i'm really liking your videos, I'm not sure if you want them or not, but i'ma throw a suggestion at you, if you have the ability, one game you could try to lets play would be the yu-gi-oh tag force games, there aren't many english ones about on youtube, and i think you could put some flavour into that game, also - it has that random element on getting cards packs etc - that aside, keep it up, your great at this :D
