That Service Pack 1 requirement is only needed during installation not when python is already installed So once you use temporary method, install python just after that and then python will run forever without any error. Got it ?

I have SP1 installed but whenever I try and install Python I get that same error, so I don't know what Python are doing, before I could install Python without any issues since they made these updates everything falls apart.
If you already have your SP1 installed then enter the log in the error massage Go down , you will see that you need to update kb8.. whatever you have to update copy it then download it from google and apply then restart you computer.

Should have read the error log. What was missing was an update "KB3063858" (which replaces a discontinued update "KB2533623" mentioned in the log). Remember to enable Windows Update service or it won't install.
