@@SplendidFactor this is totally true, but meleys and caraxes are the fastest most nimble dragons and almost certainly would have vhagar close to them and they wouldn't risk shooting her down being such a big target as she is, however if meleys used the same tactic bringing vhagar to the ground i suppose vhagar would be more defended if she survived the fall
"Killing Vhagar" The fact that Daemon put so much more importance over Vhagar than Aemon or Aegon. He was going to ride out to enemy territory for that specific purpose. Didn't matter if Aemon was there too or not, so long as Vhagar died.

Dragons aren't property to given and taken. As much as I hate the greens i don't fault them for Aemond becoming Vhaeghar rider. I do fault rhaenyra for not seizing her opportunity and inserting herself into her brothers and sisters lives.
