    Wow I've always wanted to now how to make a pcb from scratch at home, excellent video I learned a ton from it! Going to try myself soon

    When I was a kid, Radio Shack sold already printed trace segment transfers. You'd pick the line or corner you wanted, and if I remember right it was like applying a decal for a model. They were particularly useful for DIP component pads. They had pens of the acid masking stuff too, so you could hand draw. I miss old Radio Shack. Microcenter is awesome, but they aren't in literally every little town like Radio Shack used to be.

      I used to go to Radio Shack a lot, but now Microcenter has more varieties.

    Thank you very much for this wonderful video 📷📸. please I will like to know the name of the software or application you used to designed the circuit diagram before printing it out.
    Thank you....

    I like the idea of not printing on the whole A4 thermotransfer paper, but taking a piece and sticking it on normal paper. This way you can save on expensive thermotransfer paper.

    I switched from the DPS production photo journey to ironing.
    I use paper from advertising catalogs.
    I also bought thermal paper, I haven't used it yet, the surface of the paper is like silicone or teflon, hopefully it won't damage my photo drum.
    the paper was cheap, 10 pieces €1.40.
    I plan to make a signal tracer so I will use thermal paper to make the PCB.

    I want to ask, is adding the solder layer necessary? like if we're going to add solder, whats the point of doing all this?
    (first timer, who doesn't like sodering so just confused)

      Tin plating on circuit boards is mainly to prevent circuit oxidation, and a layer of paint can also be used. Not tin plated is also acceptable.

    Can you print the thernal transfer paper with an inkjet printer

    • @stelectronic645
      @stelectronic645  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Regular inkjet printers cannot be used. Generally, laser printers are used, mainly relying on the transfer of toner.

    Здравствуйте. Скажите пожалуйста, какой скотч вы используете для фиксации термобумаги к листу А4? Картридж принтера оригинальный или перезаправленный?

      It's heat transfer paper, it's pretty pricey. You're better off using photo paper, much cheaper and works too.

    • @stelectronic645
      @stelectronic645  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@luisfelipemarquezandrade844 The reason why I wipe pole on the top layer is to prevent the toner from wearing out. You can skip this step.
