The fame and exposure Jimmy provided magnified issues, and he didn’t care to encourage his friend to seek help. It’s pretty clear that TH-cam is running damage control.

There used to not be logs about any moderation actions. Discord created an audit log system though that I think would log when someone (including bots) delete messages. It's under the Moderation category in the server settings, and I don't think you can delete the audit logs. Unfortunately, after looking though Discord developer documents, it seems the audit logs are only stored for 45 days. It would have been a nice way to prove the server was purged, by who, and how many times.
