I have watched people get a jam (usually user error or dud round) and look down the muzzle of the pistol trying to see if they could figure out what was wrong. I don't know if the Discord messages from Kris came out just now, but the Shadman associations were public when Kris first got into controversy, so I don't know how people missed that.

They think celebrities aren't still bound by basic human courtesy and consideration of others, and the fact that there will ALWAYS be people who are willing to do ANYTHING to get famous (and rich) doesn't really help, so unless it was an issue of violence, this issue can simply be a case of someone either being too starstruck to realize what was happening, or willing to do anything to gain entry to an exclusive, celebrity group for whatever benefits that person thought would be gained. You'd think celebrities would have gotten way wiser to this kind of career destroying trap, and not get involved in such situations.

I definitely got that Mary Sue feeling. Of course only she survives the beginning, when she didn't deserve to and everyone else predictably dies immediately (I just wish she seemed to deserve to survive, but she wasn't even strapped in.) Of course she constantly runs off and everyone just lets her or asks her nicely to be in her company or give her food. They all know her suffering despite never discussing it. She also had a tendency to take people's trucks and be justified in doing so. She refuses to have a nice night with her friend, but the guy she hates supposedly, of course she goes out with and is justified because her friend she hasn't seen in years turns out to be bad. Of course she always gets the last unimpressive word and everyone is stunned and overly impressed. Of course she single-handedly created the whole formula and has a whole basement of the town, etc. She's like 10 scientists in one mixed with an army of dudes with a magical intuition.
