I’m not nitpicking AT ALL-I love this channel and have been watching for a few days bc I’m starting my journey- but just wanted to share that the double LL in Spanish - for the word picadillo - should sound like a Y. “PicadiYo” :) if you care ! Lol thanks for all of the amazing tips!! :) -

Im not seeing where it says how many servings for the price of the protein powder since there r 2 sizes
If you look under the nutrition tab it says that there is 20 servings in the smaller bag (500g bag) or 40 servings in the larger bag (1kg bag)!

A comment I’m sure I’ll get hate on, but I’m just curious because you don’t have the same physique you post. It seems as if you’ve added some thickness. Are you in maintenance, or a calorie surplus?
Hey! No hate. I've talked about it on several videos but I'm currently struggling with some hormone imbalances and it's messing with my weight. Not eating in a surplus. Just working on loving myself no matter what and continuing to eat healthy and lift heavy knowing that I will get the hormones balanced and I'll get back to my usual. Definitely not trying to sell something that I'm not. Thanks for watching and I hope you have a nice day!

I’m sorry, but this comment is upsetting. This could potentially be extremely detrimental and triggering to someone who isn’t equipped to handle it. Telling someone they’ve put on thickness, especially after someone has lost a substantial amount of weight and is brave enough to put their health and wellness journey out there for everyone to benefit from, is far from being kind. You shouldn’t have commented at all, very very rude.

This is the internet after all,and I addressed someone who is putting out fitness content not E.D. Content. So… sorry you’re sensitive, but maybe these platforms are not for you.
