Great review. I liked the Magic Factory kit alot. If you thought that the cockpit assembly was annoying (and it was) then try the spitfire Mk V by Border Models. It’s a real PIA 😅
Hi John, I really like the look of the new room, now as for the two Corsairs, they look absolutely stunning, you have done a excellent job on both kits, I was lucky enough to win Magic Factory's A4-M Skyhawke through one of the channels I watch, so I only hope when I get around to building it, that I can do the kit justice, bedt regards from Australia
I bought this kit a few months ago back, just haven’t had time to break it open. Glad you had a good at it. I’ve built the Tamiya and it does exactly what Tamiya are good at. My thoughts now are, do I have a go at the MF kit or save the frustration and sell it and buy two Tamiya kits for what the MF kit cost me. 🤔🤔
@@Zone5Aviation I feel like there's more detail in the MF kits if you're so inclined. Tamiya is a known quantity- detail is kind of aka carte. For an easy build that's my route. Let me know what you decide!
Both look great and worth the extra effort over the tamiya kit . Were you unhappy with the gun bay detail or , just wish you hadn't added it to one of your builds ? Great series . Thanks . M
Martin- I didn't feel like the gun bays are worth the effort. I guess since they're not as open as a Mustang or Thunderbolt gun bay I wasn't "wowed" by it. I like the kit overall though. Thanks for your feedback and thanks for watching!
The masks for the emblems and numbers are from hawaiianairdepot.com - they sell the file to use with a Cricut or Silhouette cutting machine. Thank you for watching!

Honestly- I needed three hands to get everything lined up. Looks great once it's in though. Thanks as always for your support!
