    Fantastic. It's hard to have quality supports when our support providers are competing with Arby's. I'd like to also add that I am happy this commented on culture within the provider/agency as well; this is huge and likely the only thing retaining the outliers of the 50%.

      In Australia they’re not competing, they’re being paid more then I EVER got paid in clinical positions that took on way more responsibility and risk and training! So there is huge trouble because it’s easy for them to walk. However, I imagine some agency staff have issues.
