The guitar Zakk is playing, was given to dime by Zakk before he was killed! The fact that he picked up that same axe to deliver an epic memoriam, can never be recognized on the level that it actually was. Beyond comprehension!
Ozzy was always a really good front man with a unique voice. But, more importantly, he had Tony Iommi, Randy Rhodes, and Zakk Wylde on guitar.

So proud! I saw Zakk on his first tour with Ozzy. He was so young (19-20) but already so self confident! and I was amazed. I had seen Ozzy with Sabbath on their last original tour, so through the years I saw Ozzy with Randy, Jake, Tony Iommi, Brad gillis, and Joe Holmes on guitar. Randy and Tony, number one. Zakk, just under them, all the rest, way better than most metal shredders I've seen. From an old fan who's seen everyone, I agree, Zakk is really incredible live!
zakk wylde is a ridiculous guitar player probably my favorite all time you should check out some of his songs

I've seen BLS many times over the years but something that's not talked about is when he beat the hell out of the original BLS drummer on stage in 2000!! I was at the show, less than 10 feet away from the stage!! Lol

Zakk Wylde - Throwin' It All Away
Saw BLS at two different Ozzfests. Great band but unfortunately Iimited commercial appeal. That's not necessarily a knock on them but it is a limiting factor in any band's overall success. Zakk was certainly instrumental in extending the longevity of Mr. Osborne's amazing career.
you would also love this one to.. it's Sebastian Bach live in Japan 2006.. by your side... he wrote it wjen his dad died.. they where very close.. you can hear the pain and hurt in his voice.. anyways he start crying about half way through it and tires to hold it together.. it's a awesome performance.. you want regret it either

I love you guys!!! I just don't get metal head banging stuff. It just sounds like noise and anger!!! I am 67, as for me you don't do enough classic rock. I hate when the call bands like Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, etc metal. Oh you guys have to cover more blues, such as Steve Ray Vaughn, Beth heart etc. this guy was boring. If you want to see someone who is a master...Steve Ray Vaughn.
If you guys like female fronted bands (my absolute favorite) try out Spiritbox - "Perennial". They have amazing songs. Really any of their videos are amazing, but that one is a personal fav.
