This is my first time ever hearing anything positive about BPD.

I really want to put out more about the positive traits and strengths because I have never heard anything good either. The BPD community really deserves to be told how they are beautiful too. I'm so glad you came across the video! Thank you so much for watching :)

Third video of yours ive seen, you just described me to a T, never seen me described so well by others, the way you describe it is actually how i describe myself to others. Almost everything you have said i relate, its scary, wish i had someone like you to talk to. but listening to you has made me feel a bit better, knowing im not alone.

There are 2 circles I keep. The one I kind of let people in, and the other where I let no one in, where I don't want people to see the real me. I keep this mental burial ground, where I can bury people in my mind that have disappointed me and have loss all sense of trusts.

I really like your comment. It is dark but familiar. Life is so suffocating without support. I am curious, is there anyone you do relax with and get to be you?

@@mymentalhealthjourneybpd7531 No one really gets me. It is very difficult to open up to anyone. Like you said, my comment was dark. That is exactly the issue. I am very dark minded and others cannot accept it.

@@andrewrodriguez7465Thank you for repying. Are you really dark minded or is that the protection you had to put up? I've noticed with my husband that I keep him at a distance and subconsciously refuse to let him see the best of me because of him hurting me so many times. It's so hard to trust though, I know. You deserve to have someone.

@@mymentalhealthjourneybpd7531 I guess I am dark minded to the ones that have wronged me. But I also push people away. Never let them see the real me.

@@andrewrodriguez7465 Hmm, that sounds really difficult. My heart really goes out to you. I really believe everyone needs a confidant. It was and still can be hard when my little sister, who is my person, hurts me. I have to walk through the evidence in my mind on if she does care and if I should repair and let go. I still get that gut instinct to cut her out which is crazy since she has proven to be wonderful (but human) over and over and will always be there. I do hope things improve for you.
