Easy Pizza Making at Home - Double Cheese Pizza (Veg ) with Pizza Sauce Recipe and Chicken Bites

- Pizza - Double cheese crust pizza with potato wedges - Best Stuffed Crust Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
Maida 2 cup
Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Water - as required
Cheese - 1 cup
Pizza sauce _1/2 cup
Tomatoes - 1 number
Capsicum - 1 number
Oregano - ½ teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Method:
For Pizza:
In a bowl add maida, dry yeast and by adding sugar water mix it like soft dough and rest it for 1-2 hours.
Now take a dough roll it like a thin sheet, put the gashes, transfer it into thali.
Then put grated cheese on the edges and cover it with dough.
Now apply pizza sauce, put some onions, tomatoes, capsicum, olives, oregano, cheese, paneer, some more capsicum, onion and bake it in the oven till it is done.
For Potato Wedges:
Heat water in a pan, add salt, potato pieces and blanch them for 2-3 minutes.
In a bowl add maida, cornflour, salt, red chili powder, mixed herbs and mix well.
Now dust the flour mixture on top of cooked and drained potatoes, deep fry them in hot oil till they are crisp and nice and Serve hot along with pizza
A chicken nugget is a chicken product made from either meat slurry or chicken breasts cut to shape, breaded or battered, then deep-fried or baked. Fast food restaurants typically fry their nuggets

Ingredients:
Chicken 500 g
Butter milk 1 cu
Salt
Thyme ½ ts
Pepper powder 1 ts
All purpose flour 1 c
Bread crumb powder
Egg (beaten) 2 n
Parmesan cheese 2tb
Directions:
Take a bowl marinate the chicken pieces with butter milk, salt, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, leave it for 3 to 4 hours.
Then squeeze out the liquid take the chicken pieces in a bowl, add salt, thyme, pepper powder,(add your choice herb).
Season the flour with salt, pepper powder, parmesan cheese,
Coat the chicken pieces in the flour and deep it in the beaten egg then put it in bread crumbs, and place the pieces on the tray.
And deep fry the chicken nuggets until golden brown.
Serve hot with your choice sauce.

I am not very proud of my cooking prowess and refrain from it unless absolutely necessary and also not very confortable in leaving public comments...BUT last evening i tried this recipe, since my 6yr old was crying for pizza- being deprived from his beloved Junk food during Covid times.
