Recipe for cooking and ingredients:
Hello everyone!🥰
150 gr. (5 ounces) dates.
Pour cold water for 15 minutes to remove preservatives and activate beneficial substances.
80 gr. (2.8 oz.) rolled oats.
Grind in a mixer.
90 gr. (3 oz.) walnuts.
Chop the nuts.
Set aside some nuts for decoration.
Remove the middle from the dates.
Grind in a mixer.
Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
1 pinch of salt (optional)
Zest of 1 orange.
Form into balls.
Are you ready to cook this yummy dish with me?
Place the balls in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
100 gr. (3.5 oz.) sugar-free chocolate.
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Melt in a water bath.
Dip the balls into chocolate.
Decorate with nuts.
Place in the refrigerator again for 15 minutes.
Use paper molds.

В каждом финике чуть ли не чайная ложка сахара .
Никто никого,не заставляет, делать,если вы убеждены ,что в одном Финике 2 ч.л. сахара,тогда пейте чай с добавлением двух ч.л сахара и в прикуску с конфетой из пальмового масла приятного аппетита.!!!!
