    The first one is something I make atleast once or twice a week, its delicious and so easy. I like to add tinned sweetcorn to the tuna mixture for some super lazy extra flavour. Sometimes if I'm feeling fancy I mix in chopped cucumber, bell pepper and red onion too 😍

    Joanna, I wanted to thank you! In 2015 ( I was 15 years old) I noticed that I gained a lot of weight and started to work out and eat healthier. I found your channel and you helped me so much to start a healthier life. A few month later I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid and had to take pills because of that. With the help of especially your workout videos I lost the weight and I am still into fitness and still really love your videos, so I just wanted to say thank you, you are so inspirational and motivating. Keep doing the great work!

    Boil sweet potatoes on the weekend to eat during the week. For the wrap I use mixed dark greens, avocado, black beans, corn, cheddar cheese, tomato, and an olive oil pepper drizzle on a spinach tortilla. And when I run out of tortilla I toss up the rest in a salad.

    I have made 2 of your popcorn recipes, the barley vegetable soup, the matcha chia pudding, the pb banana chia pudding, and I will be making the rye zucchini bread today. And I’ve only just “met” you a few weeks ago!!! They were all so good. Thank you!!! Much love.

    Joanna I don't know how to stop eating sugar ....I know it's very important for weight loss but I just can't stop it .....pls make a video about how to avoid sugar and replace it with other healthy alternatives 💟😘😘❤️💗💗😘💟love u

      Eating fruit and if you really have a sweet tooth you can have a glass of light fizzy drinks, for example cola light, but not too much because even when it's light, is not really healthy for you.

      Take 200gms of chronium picolinate after a meal...3 times a day...it really helps with cravings especially sugar cravings..

      I have a big sweet tooth as well. I simply bake my own sweets ( I basically love Cookies, cake,...) but instead of white sugar and wheat flour, I bake with coconut Sugar/ brown sugar/ dates/ maple syrup/ apple sauce and for flour I use oat flour/ spelt flour/ coconut flour/... You can get so creative with it!! :) hope this helps!

    I mix tuna and salsa together. You can eat it in a salad, in a wrap or on crackers or tortilla chips

    I buy frozen veggies so that when i feel like cooking its fresh and I dont have to prep it saving time and dishes. Or you can prep and freeze your own veggies but my version is lazier. Best meal is chili, get a mccormick packet, 2 of your favorite startchy beans i like red kidney in there, add corn, some type of meat of course i used turkey or beef.. make some rice and you got food for a while enough to share. Spice it with hot sauce for a little kick

    For the second recepie i think its way much better if you can add the ingriedients one by one, starting from chicken and veggiest last. That way the veggies wont be overcooked. 😊

    Joanna..i have lower back pain..not acute but if i strain myself a lot i do tend to get it by evening..i have normal bodytype.am just in my twenties.i would like some sort of workout to tone my tummy n body...could u make a.video specialising on workout meant for people with tender back?
