    I really appreciate that DancingBacons never says anything rude or mean about the various items he tries. The most he’s said is “well, that’s just not for me” or “the price is too high for what you get”, which is completely understandable. It makes watching his videos relaxing and fun, especially when his friend accompanies him on his search for new foods. She’s amazing too.

    As an Indian, seeing you add water in Rajbhog gave me a mini heart attack😅. Try avoiding water next time, it lessens the flavourful taste of the rasgulla.

    This looks really well packed. But most Indians wouldn't even consider eating packed /frozen food unless for survival

      yeah, because one time eating is ohk but for everyday don't eat frozen food, we eat fresh well cooked food at home for better health in future. that's why we indians don't eat frozen food often.

    Plant based 'meats' here are insanely expensive. It's almost $10-$12 just for 4 links of sausage...where if you get the actual beef ones from Johnsonville you get 6 links of 'em for $4. But I do got to say, the plant based wonton wrappers, eggroll wrappers, and things like that are AMAZING! They are so tender when cooked for pot stickers, eggrolls, or dumplings. So tasty!

    I live in India but I have never been to a convince store where we get lndian packaged food ,majority of the Indians go and eat it fresh from a restaurant or Dhaba which is kind of a local restaurant in India

    Haha.. the Vada-pao has to be soft. In fact the bun/breads are never to be microwaved to retain its soft texture. You instead could have used the electric pan you used to heat up Chapatis after thawing the product completely.
    Being an Indian I wish one of us could invite you to home and feed you the proper fresh authentic Indian dishes

    You know, In India, eating out of plastic vessels is highly discouraged. And abroad, food is first packed in plastic, cooked in plastic and also eaten in plastic container. Thank God this has not completely taken over India yet

    Here in Canada, plant based is incredibly expensive. It's kinda astonishing. It's at a point where you might as well just buy real meat, especially if you're on a tight budget.

    In terms of microwave time, you should always check the power level of your microwave and that they recommend, and adjust time for that.
    But also man, I am amazed how they can just go into a shop and find ten different instant indian foods. Our foreign foods selection is pathetic in comparison.

      Ready to eat food are not that much sold in india so these companies cater to other other that's why some of these you will almost never find in india
