I love to see the camera man in front of the camera. 🎥 🎦 🎬 Tammy and you are so comforting to watch. Yalls personalities is what makes this channel one of my favourites. My son and I have been watchin yall since before he could read. I hope you all had a nice holiday weekend
I had a friend that chunked up carrots, green and red peppers, onions, zucchini and celery in her spaghetti sauce. She only used about a half pound of ground beef and a large can of crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and 2 cups of water (Italian seasonings too) and let it simmer for about an hour. It fed 6 people easily. Easily over spaghetti noodles. Yours looks great Chris. Thanks for the video.
Nice job Chris, that really looks delicious, and that is how thick I like my bolognese sauce, or spaghetti sauce. Spaghetti sauce. I really just love it. I'm sure Tammy will too❤👍🏻🍝
I've made spaghetti and sauce hundreds of times but like you, never used carrots or celery. So thanks for the recipe. I have used red and yellow peppers, zucchini and mushrooms and I rarely use any meat at all and I never use wine. I always combine my pasta and sauce in the pot at the end and I like an abundance of sauce and don't care for watery sauce at all. It does make a nice change from turkey and dressing.
Back in the day when I indulged in all those Thanksgiving feast meals, I always had cravings for Italian food in the days following and spaghetti or lasagna were my favs. I've not made a sauce quite like yours but it sure looks wonderful and those carrots add nutrients and a tad of sweetness too. I'll have to try that 😊
Hey Chris, Looks good to me. I believe the milk is to cut down the acidity, not sure? But I don't like the color it turns the sauce to, so I've never added it to my sauce.
Sorry but that is not a bolonaise. What you made is a meat sauce ...or a Ragu. Bolonaise doesn't have tomato in it at all. People often make the mistake of calling a Ragu (meat sauce) a bolonaise, but in fact they are two different things entirely. You made a meat sauce.
You’re wrong, yes authentic bolognese (correct spelling) does have tomato in it, ask me how I know, I’m from Naples. We and just about every Italian I know uses passata di pomodoro (nothing but tomatoes), some regions make a white version but the majority of Italians make bolognese (correct spelling) with tomatoes.
Yum, that looks delicious Chris!😋🍝
That looks good, real good

Oh Tammy that recipe I was hoping you would do is called Hootenanny Breakfast 1 pan in oven BY Just me Billy Gene 😊❤
I can eat this cold out of the fridge for breakfast, I kid you not! I carry no shame. lol
Yes! One of the things I like about it is that I can actually eat a bit of it straight from the fridge the next day 😋

Roll Tide Chris ❤️🤍❤️
Tammy and Chris… what’s your opinion on jarred pre-minced garlic?
We never use that I think the flavor is different
@@CollardValleyCooks Thank you 😊
How Tammy doing?
Great!
