I was a Daytimer brand paper planner user for 30 years. Once I bought my reMarkable, I’ve been buying your MDO every year since you’ve been making them. I LOVE this product!!! 😍😍. Please don’t ever stop making them. You have perfected the digital “paper” planner ❤️👍👍👍.
Thank you for bringing back the 24-hour time schedule! :) It was there in 2021, then disappeared in 2022, 2023 and 2024... I was thinking I could get used to it... but no way. Finally, I fixed it myself in the 2024 edition but now I'm happy to see there is no more need to post-process your product anymore :) And as I have used it for 4 years in a row almost daily, I can say it was already very good from the beginning and now it is just perfect. Before 2021 I was building this kind of customized calendar myself but it was not even close to the neat look and the clean/linked structure your calendar provides. Thank you for your hard work, attention to detail and dedication to perfection!
Awesome! Just bought, downloaded and started filling out work travel in one 24Hr Monday start, and important dates in a personal one with 12Hr Sunday start. Been using these for years and love them. I'm always surprised at how much you provide for a single purchase. Thanks so much!
I purchased an organizer off Etsy which, after, using it for a while, had so much stuff in it I couldn’t keep track. What’s the point of an organizer if you have to spend too much time trying to find where you put where. So I recently bought your MDO. I love it. It’s simple and intuitive. I will definitely be investing in the newest versions. Thank you!
I've been using the MDO since the beginning and love it! Just purchased 2025 and 2026. Thank you for making it available so early. I hope thousands of users purchase it to support your channel. I've used MDO with the Mobiscribe Wave, Remarkable 2, Supernote A5X and, most recently, the Boox Tab X. I love the size of the Tab X and, especially, the front light, but I'm going back to the ReMarkable 2 because I find it so much more intuitive and I didn't realize how much I depended on the phone app (if only ReMarkable made a 13.3" version with a front light!). If Boox won't take the Tab X back, I'm going to have to figure out how to sell it. Thanks for your guidance with the Tab X when I emailed you. Your channel is the best!
Thank you so much for all your hard work with MDO and the supporting videos. Started using your product on RM2 last year and love the simple transition from paper to this. Keep up the great work. Thank you 🙏
Purchased within 5 min of getting the email (Thanks for the discount!). Glad to have the planners ahead of time so I can plan for future events more easily without transferring them from a Note/List.
Small suggestion for future MDOs: I'd like to have some kind of mark on the notes pages for quickly visualizing the halfway point of the page, like a small triangle at the top and bottom. The reason is I sometimes like dividing my page in two when I know I won't be taking long notes.
Loving the tweaks, updates, and options for customization! I'm off to get mine - maybe if I start planning now I'll have my sh*t together by January. 🤣
Thanks! I normally use the same platform where I have my versioning management as well. In my case, I use Unfuddle. If it is a project with just task management and to software development associated to it, then I either use Trello for more demanding tasks or a project that requires a team, or MDO if it is a simple project where I am the only one working on it.
many thanks for creating these - will probably purchase later in the year as looks better than my current solution. A couple of thoughts - the white writable boxes on cover 3 are nice. Would be nice to have the white box on all cover styles. Would also always include the year as contents are specific to a given year - for me, I would prefer to keep work and personal notes separate. So for me, removing the daily diary pages would be better. I would then keep personal diary in a different file. - would be nice if the 'my notes' sections had multiple pages per note, similar to the daily notes. I would use the 'my notes' to span a note over multiple days, but then the note is likely to need more than a single page. 2, or better 3, pages per 'my note' would work better. - not sure on this one - but a link direct link between the 'my notes' and 'my lists', i.e. 1-1, 2-2, might be nice.
I love the product exactly as it is as each user can adapt it the way they want to (including many of the items you are asking for 😊). I love that the white boxes are not on every cover as I prefer the clean linen look of cover 1. I then use a white marker to write my own titles as I use 2 copies of the planner on my device. One is my personal planner and one is my work planner. You can also use multiple copies of the planner to suit your needs. For example, I duplicated my personal planner, then deleted all of the pages except for the notes & lists pages. I now have just that section saved as a different document as I find it quick and easy to flip between the documents with the 2finger swipe down gesture on the remarkable to switch between recent documents. Another thing I’ve done is left spaces between my notes. For example, I have Note 1 as “Financial”. Then have Note 5 as “House Related” etc. this allows me to have have multiple note pages for each category. You don’t have to use the notes sequentially. You can leave as many notes blank as you need. And if you really need more pages, reMarkable allows you to edit PDFs and you can always duplicate a page to give you an extra page. Hope these tips help. 😊
Thank you for your hard work as always! One question I have is, what will happen if during next year you find out that you want to update the 2026 MDO?
Two things, First love the 24hrs format, not a fan of the am/pm and another question/suggestion. I use the daily view most of the time ( if not all ). While on the daily view, i use daily notes for some important meetings, these meetings do not happen every day and i find myself wonder when i have daily notes on the day or not.. to the point that i have to write on notes.. check daily notes. i was wondering if everyone uses daily notes daily? or how do you know you have daily notes? and the suggestion, could a checkmark next to daily notes button be added to the daily view to indicate you have daily notes, or somewhere else?
Thanks will be buying. This replaced my day timer really nicely and is more enjoyable and useful. Questions: 1. Might you offer a RM color version for the new device maybe with some minimal color ? 2. Is using any color in it advisable given the new RM pro device having some, albeit minimal flashing with colors ?
The “limitations” of this document are really its strength! Concise, focused, and single-purpose. We get to use as much or as little of the functionality as we want. This is the 5th iteration of planner I have worked through since getting my reMarkable 2 over 4 years ago. I’ve since moved my planning to a Supernote Nomad, but MDO is still the foundation and I don’t see that changing any time soon.
Big thanks for all your attention to detail. I've just bought the 2024 & 2025 MDO bundle and like the improvements you've made to 2025. I came here via your First Impressions video for the rM Paper Pro. I'm still rocking the rM2! One great additional product to your line-up, which I think would be very popular, would be a Notebook with a hyperlinked index. It could come in a bundle with lined, dot grid, grid and plain options.

I have been using a digital planner on One Note. I, however, love how intuitive your MDO is. I plan to use this on my ipad, but my question is... since I use the whole Apple ecosystem, will this translate from my ipad to my phone to my macbook automatically?
It just came in exactly at the right time, as I already need to plan for Q1 in 2025. Thank you, Voya! One question though: I use OneDrive for my MDO to sync through, do you have any tips on how to use MDO between Supernote and Boox? As SN creates a separate format to pdf, right, when I write on it? Thank you for your fantastic organizer!
Just purchased. I have a BOOX Note Air 3c and I am wondering if it is possible or adventageous to use the template as a note rather than a PDF? I am sure you have tried it but I would really love to be able to link to a note somehow in the document. I dont think you can in the neo reader but youshould be able to as a note template? Mainly, I have an exercise template I would like to incorporate and boox link to note feature would be amazing as well as grocery lists and meal planning notes. Thoughts?

Hi Voya and Subscribers - I've had my Go 10.3 for a couple of months, and put the 2024 MDO onto it. I thought to myself, that it didn't look quite right. Anyway, since then I've started to create my own hyperlinked pdfs and noticed that my hyperlinks when imported to the Boox device were all displaying an underline (which didn't show on my PC or Samsung devices). I then realised that's what was upsetting the layout of the 2024 MDO. Watching this video, I see no sign of the underlines beneath the hyperlinks. Is there a setting somewhere in the device that switches it off -- if there is I can't find it :) My software is up to date. Thanks.
Just found another Settings option - tapping the top of the pdf to bring up another toolbar, and then tapping the More hamburger icon. Under Setting, Global Settings, and deactivating Show hyperlinks. Job done :) Still learning stuff, and still unclear as to what some option mean :D
Yupps, you found it :) Yeah, Boox UX learning curve sometimes may feel like an archaeological expedition, uncovering untold or forgotten mysteries the deeper you go! 😁
Heheh, no :) Decimal separator standard is a mess. ISO 31-0:1992 specifies that comma is the international universal decimal standard, even though the ISO Council had ruled that in English language documents, dot should be used as a decimal standard. On top of that, we have automatic digital systems that look at the region, and since I am in Norway, the system forces the comma-decimal separator standard, despite me specifically setting it to a dot-separator standard. It's a mess.
Yes it will, but you should keep in mind the device limitations. Mainly the very small screen and much more importantly, sub-par writing precision and experience. MDO is a PDF file, so it should be used as a document.
