@@TanujaBiostudies ma'am x linked recessive ek bar check krke btaye please k second generation me free the parents to 3rd gen me without affected chromosome kese bana?? Mtlb kuch to inherit kiya hoga Either homozygous recessive or heterozygous dominant
Mam this concept is cleared but I have 1 doubt --- 16:15 mam you said that in X-linked trait from mother transfer only to son but In Ist generation mother is affected and in 2nd generation daughter is also affected?? How ? Mam please explain.
Problem in skipping, in case of autosomal recessive I see married son they have no disease, but in case x linked dominant, last child in 2nd gen having no disease but it is dominant
When I had seen these charts for the first time it seemed to be very difficult to me to understand But after watching this video.... ✌👍 No words to describe ur explanation mam
mam i saw an pedigree of haemophilia jisme father se sirf son m hi jaa rha trait and is skipping generation so it should be y linked but haemophilia is x linked why???????
Thank u mam now tomorrow i solved my genetics paper very well in sha Allah....After watching this video my concepts or doubts about pedigree are clear...once again thank u so much...i watch this video from pakistan

Mam is topic mai humesha confusion retha tha but aapki viedo dekh ne ke baad pura samaj aa gya acche se ...ab koi bhi confusion nhi hai thank you so much mam
your video is soo helpful but i have one question . as i have exam after some days so the teacher will ask question like this.....what is the risk of having an affected child if individual III-1 marry with III-4 ? and the options is like this 1/2, 1/8, 1/22 . i dont know how to calculate and have any formula?? ........ waiting for your reply plz
Hello ma'am, there is a doubt.. In x linked dominant.. In 2nd gen. ... Jo male hai vo kaise affected hai (jiski offsprings hai..). Like vo toh main affected individual ki offspring nahi hai.. ? Is it possible?
@@TanujaBiostudiesstill didn't understand...in first generation if I take female as an X linked carrier...than that way also this pedigree is justified.
X linked recessive part is wrong. Plz rectify it. What is the genotype of female at right side of the immage. If it is xx and Male has xy then let me plz explain what is the genotype of offspring. Where from defective Male came.
Blessing dear Mam! In X link recessive trait (pedigree) Why you cannot show genotype Bcz in first generation female show hetrozygous allel rather than recessive allel. Kindly reply as soon as possible
Ma'am. Something missing in x linked recessive one please check at one's . If second generation is free then without affected carreer or gene 3 Rd gen me kese aaya . I want solution @ Tanuja biostudies
Because second generation me dono ka genotype was XX° and XY They FEMA is carrier but not affected but in offspring it would be X°Y so boy affected and X°X or XX so not affected. I hope I am clear now. Go through this one th-cam.com/video/lEPc4IfqMTs/w-d-xo.htmlsi=P3a8WRNNTytPjefH
Mam U told Autosomal Dominant never skip generation and u also told Affected parents may have unaffected children. Toh generation toh skip ho gaya nah? And if Parents have only one child in that case disease will shown or not?

Yeee
Mam this concept is cleared but I have 1 doubt --- 16:15 mam you said that in X-linked trait from mother transfer only to son but In Ist generation mother is affected and in 2nd generation daughter is also affected?? How ? Mam please explain.
Daughter is affected when father is having that trait and mother is carrier for that trait
In second generation, as one daughter is the carrier, it will be half shaded if I am not wrong
Problem in skipping, in case of autosomal recessive I see married son they have no disease, but in case x linked dominant, last child in 2nd gen having no disease but it is dominant

Mam y linked traits me Normal male or female ka kya genotype hoga
Normal female XX and Normal Male XY. It affects only males
Thank you so much for making such a informative video to clear our concept 🥰

Hello ma'am, there is a doubt..
In x linked dominant.. In 2nd gen. ... Jo male hai vo kaise affected hai (jiski offsprings hai..). Like vo toh main affected individual ki offspring nahi hai.. ? Is it possible?
It is a case that male who marry is also affected by their parents which means jab dono parents affected ho to kya hoga.
Ma'am autosomal recessive wali pedigree, X linked recessive pr apply ho rhi hai...please clear this doubt.
No. Please watch video carefully.you will understand

In X link recessive trait (pedigree)
Why you cannot show genotype
Bcz in first generation female show hetrozygous allel rather than recessive allel.
Kindly reply as soon as possible
The genotype of this recessive trait was given in my community tab. Please check that.
Ma'am. Something missing in x linked recessive one please check at one's . If second generation is free then without affected carreer or gene 3 Rd gen me kese aaya . I want solution
