So skip hain too Recessive and nhe hain to dominant then follow the sex linked or autosomal.

Bcz , the questions were like , - Which of the following type of disease is NOT possible for the given pedigree chart ?- for these kinda questions , this trick is USELESS . Concepts should be known clearly to solve
