I know it sounds sinful, but I don't like fresh tomatoes.... I love growing them, but I don't like them raw. BUT...I do love them cooked! This dish looks wonderful! I'll make it next week using a bunch of cherry tomatoes from our garden. YUM! Thanks, Kaleb!

I love your recipes! I also save my veggie scraps in a gallon Ziploc bag, in the freezer. Once that freezer bag is full, I make it into a veggie broth that I use to cook other meals- no waste 😊
I made a similar sauce on the stovetop. I love the idea of roasting it all. Need to pick up some shallots because the cherry tomatoes are going nuts! Thanks!
This was delicious. Thanks. what is the best way to store extra sauce? I doubled the recipe (using up all my extra cherry tomatoes) I have two quart jars.
I made this sauce with homemade sourdough noodles and it was really good. Just a warning…. If you don’t tolerate spice well omit the hot pepper or only use a small piece. I grew 3 Serrano plants and have a whack ton so I used a whole Serrano and it was 🥵. Next time I will probably only use a very small piece or a jalapeño, but I will use this recipe again!

What is the best way to store leftover Burrata?
425 Degrees until tomatoes have burst. Check at 15 minutes. Then about every 5 minutes until lightly browned. ❤
