A very simple tip, just roll the sleeves twice or thrice before you wear the shirt, much easier if the shirt is tight. I always do this.

Use shirt stays.....I personally recommend shirt stays that are wrapped around thighs and some string are attached to your shirt.....I recently purchased these and man these are so cool!!!...give it a try you will love it too👍🏻
