Nice work Rob, and a great tutorial on using manual camera settings. I don't think you mentioned it, but presumably with an ISO of 100 and quite slow shutter speeds, I assume you are using ND filters? Possibly a polariser as well?
Thanks. Settings are in the screen recordings. Looks like it was ISO 100, 30th second shutter. Yes, I have ND 4, 8, and 16. Use 16 mostly. Rarely 4. Could do with a 32 too
Great watching your photo taking process with the drone. I’ve just bought one and waiting on licenses, can’t wait to get it up there. By the way you sound like a Geordie Yank!
A great place to shoot, but I wouldn't have dared to take mine up in that wind. Its nice to know that the Air wasn't really affected though, so maybe I should give it more credit than I do.
Try to expose to the right. Always keep your exposure on 0.0 or 0.3 maybe more anyway the mavic air sensor give you grainy photos. Iso always on 100. I’m selling mine because the photo quality not what I want. Shame because great little drone.
Nice video. I like the way your edit your pictures also. I hope to start using a drone for some of my videos, so thank you!
good job
Beautiful photo shoots~ Mavic Air is such a flying camera doing the great jobs~

When I try to take pictures with my drone, the pictures come in 1280x720 quality how do I fix it?
Nice work
Can you take pictures will video recording ?
No you can't I have the mavic air if you want to take photo you should stop recording video.
Extremely brilliant

Matt Simpson thanks. It wasn't that windy that day, but they can handle quite a lot of wind.
All of my photos are so so grainy / noisy. No idea why
What is your ISO set at? What time of day are you shooting? Shoot at a lower ISO (100,200) should help, and don't shoot in good light conditions
