Very nice concert! Ghatam sound is louder than other accompanying artistes. Amrutha's voice is soothing and selections are fantastic. Reetigowlai Paripalayamam was sung well by her👍👏
What a great mohana kalyani Varna rendered of Vid Lalgudi. A great concert by vid Amrutha Venkatesh. Every composition rendered is full of chaitanya. You are chaitanya ಸ್ವರೂಪಿ along with ಪಕ್ಕ ವಾದ್ಯ. ದೇವರು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು ಮಾಡಲಿ.
An extremely traditional, pure, and intellectually uplifting concert from Amrutha, as we all have to come to expect from her these last many years. The panthuvarali piece is out of this world! She is an asset to the performing Carnatic music fraternity, at a time when the music is being abducted by some "performers" for all sorts of wrong purposes. The accompanists were all excellent, with Bombay R Madhavan's silken smooth violin playing reminiscent of the great MSG. He certainly deserved a chance after the long korvai in the panthuvarali piece. Disappointed that Amrutha did not consider this. RR Sabha needs to take a note of the slight time lapse between the video and audio.
Most Enchanting and Enthralling Recital, sung with so much of Bhava, Beauty and Bliss. Amazing accompaniments was a great Boost and added charm to the entire Concert. 👌👌👌
Very beautiful kamavardini. The sowkhyam in Amritha’s voice is something all budding artistes should learn to emulate. That modulation and tonal purity is what makes music stick to our hearts.
Many thanks for the list - perhaps you could help by adding the names of the accompanists as well, please? RR Sabha feels content with writing "and party". They flashed the names at the beginning of the video, but I am not sure everyone registers that fleeting announcement.
Chiseled Perfection: A judicious combination of soulful rendering, aesthetic embellishments, and an admirable mastery of diction and emotion make for a wholesome concert. The accompanists play their roles with panache. An opportunity for improvement exists for the audio engineer - the Ghatam sound is too loud and at times drowns out the violin. Perhaps someone from the organizing team could have corrected the anomaly.
It is interesting that South Indians insist how important lyrics and bhakti, et al, are, but long concerts are dumped on youtube with no info about lyrics, raaga-s, composers. (In North India, I think we do not consider words to be that important.) Amrutha is brilliant. Will listen by and by, as time permits. Singer : Amruthaa Venkatesh. Violin: R. Madhavan R. மாதவன், Mridangam: Praveen Sparsh, Ghatam: Chandrasekhara Sharma 00:25 : Mohanakalyani varna : vallabhai nayakam (composer : Lalgudi Jayaraman) To me, these modern varna-s do not sound as authentic as the ones which (say) Brindamma sings in their varna-ness. They sound like any other song. 6:53 : Reetigowlai : paripaalaya maaM (Swati Tirunal) - - 1:49:54 : mangalam
Ghatam volume is to loud, specially when an artist uses pickup, it’s better to little less than more, it’s sound engineer responsibility, as an artist we can’t judge from the stage, any high frequency instruments even a Morsing can ruin a concert, and if it’s not in tune listeners had it, I don’t have to talk about the musicians they all are great in their own field
Ah ha what a lovely majestic thodi❤! Amrutha Venkatesh is a blessing to Carnatic music
Very nice concert! Ghatam sound is louder than other accompanying artistes. Amrutha's voice is soothing and selections are fantastic. Reetigowlai Paripalayamam was sung well by her👍👏
Amirtha , very talented singer. Extraordinary singing and she is a thillana queen. Superb 👏👏👍👍🙏🙏. All the accompanists very well done. 👏👏👏

The Sowkhyam is evidently mind-blowing,and the rendition is mellifluous
My goodness, such a beautiful and brilliant performance and equally excellent pakkavadhyam.
One of the best concerts. She is great. Good pronounced lyrics. All the best.

Mic arrangement is defective Ghatam is too loud and distracting.

Pantuvarali swarams reflects her Guru's style. Violinist raga alapana resembles the great MSG.
Amrutaganam
Reethi gowla
Is khatam in tune with the singer's scale...
The khatam level is high and it makes the listening unpleasant.
Thank you for the feedback, audio leveling will be taken care.
