Doing this for the first time on my impala. Very informative. Im already at the 1 hour mark. Took a few days but feeling more confident with the tools and what I'm doing now. Only wished for better camera angles but I figured it out. Thanks though. Great vid!
Thank you . I need to change the tork converter on my impala and all other videos showed with the transmission already out. The hard part of pulling the engine from the top(cuz I don’t have a lift) was only shown on your video. Again thank you
I'm trying to learn from this because I'm gonna be doing an 07 Monte Carlo… But I can't hear you because of the fan… Otherwise I'm learning as much as I can from you… Much appreciated
I just took one out the same car but I'm taking one off a 3900 tomorrow hopefully I can find a way to come from the bottom but with all the exhaust pipes on it I think I'll just come from the top with it
Can't hear to good..... But I heard u loud n clear on the passanger side, but thn not on the driver side?! We're you wearing a mic while recording this??
Nice vid man i like how u just did all this in a 2 hour period yet mechanics charge thousands of dollars for 4, hours worth of work now ima just have to learn to do my self thanks to u haha mechanics are shit now days vharge u for like 20 hours at 120$ a hourly its nuts need honest mechanics hard to find
While a lot of mechanics screw people over these days and charge for things that don't need fixed, I know personally as a mechanic that the cost of buying special tools, equipment, and the repair information needed to fix whatever vehicle were working on is very expensive and while some think why are you charging me so much for something you can fix in a few minutes/hours they don't think about how much we had to spend and learn just to be able to fix their vehicle in a short amount of time. Thanks for watching!
I'm doing one and swapping from another vehicle and changing seats strainer radiator for 600 but it's for my brother in law but anybody else 800 and I'm doing it alone on a hill in the grass with no board under my motor horse I'm stumped just thinking about repeating the process tomorrow in the position the vehicles are in 😮I do this and sometimes you have to charge cause without the right tools you ain't working on shyt and the tools go up every day seems like just wanted to share that witcha ✌
It's been a while since I've worked on this but if I remember correctly, the speed sensor is located on the passenger side of the transmission near the cv axle.
@@marcusarce2113 like I said it's been at least 6-7 months lol so I'm not exactly sure. Could be on inside of transmission maybe but that would just be a guess. Good luck hope ya find it.
Lol I will kill the fan when it gets cold!! Thanks for watching the videos glad you liked them! Dont forget to subscribe if you haven't yet!! I will have some new videos coming soon!
Lol did you really say the 1/2 milwaukee impack ia 5 or 600 dollars. I know this is a year old buti have two of those one is a fuel and it wasnt half of 600. So if you paid 5 or 6 hundres you got screwed...also a good wa to knock strut mount bolta is to put the nut on with it threaded enough for the nut to juat be a hair longer and pound on that otherwise youll mushroom the tail bolt.
I don't remember half of what I said today so I definitely don't remember that far back but if I said 5 or 600 dollars for an impact, I probably was talking about my snap on impact that I have and saying how much more expensive it was compared to the milwaukee when the milwaukee outperforms it.
And most strut bolts have a tip on them that has no threads and that's why I hit them with a hammer and never had a problem done hundreds of those bolts with no damage to threads. Thanks for watching!
This is Crazy! So much easier to drop subframe and remove ball joints. But hey he"s still a damn good and informative guy. Very informative.a
Thanks for watching!!

1:22:53 Where did you line those extensions? I'm stuck on exhaust. I think i have to tilt the engine far back for it to even angle right
