I watched it twice and it did not help me.My phone (that i admit I don;t know how to use anyway as I am NEW to cel phones!) was plugged in but screen is blank. Green battery has a check which i THOUGHT indicated it IS charged BUT screen IS black. This video did NOT help ME. It assumes people know what to do wth cel phones. What about folks with landline who only understand computers?
3:06 "you can choose to cut or copy. If you choose to cut the files, they will actually be removed from your phone and you can paste them over on the computer. Bur right now, I'm just gonna select copy, cause I just wanna go ahead and copy them over"
