Love this dish although I think it would be a bit expensive with all the ingredients but when all is said and done it is well worth the effort. It looks delicious. I can just imagine the flavour. I made your soy ginger fish recipe and my son and his wife loved it. As a matter of fact I made it first for myself and then decided that I would let them try it.

Thank you so much! We got the noodles from Yue Hwa Chinatown in Singapore. Finally found them after many months of searching. The clams that we used in this recipe were frozen. You just need to wash them clean with running water. We’ll share a video soon to show how we clean fresh clams before cooking. That’s schedule to be released only towards the end of the year though. Hello! So this is not the soupy nor the fried beehoon but the wet/dry kind? What if I use ordinary beehoon, would it be too soggy if I wash n soak the beehoon prior to cooking in the stock? Thanks for ur tips!
Just like Filipino style to make Pancit Beehon, by putting dried beehon directly into lots of seasoned liquid in the pan vs. soaking the beehoon first in (unflavorful) water 👍
