I think he added water after they had fried a bit. If you add enough water it will cook the rest of the egg without burning it - but you must add it slowly so the egg doesn't cool down too much and stop cooking . My friends father used to cook them like that. The oil helps keep out the moisture so they're not watery .

Why should I have a plant in my living room, that stands in a shitty recycled plastic thing and has a cardboard box around it with tinfoil in..? Replacing the one battery with tinfoil may work on some things, but there is a reason why there should be two of them right..?(tip: think of the voltage). Have you ever heard of steel wool for cleaning stainless steel cookware..? Furthermore, you may want to do with your phone as you please, I for one wouldn't have tinfoil to scratch the display on mine.
