Very informative video. Every wheel has different back spacing and offset. 9, 10, 12, 14 ? Didn’t say what back spacing on any of these wheels were. The poke will be different on different wheels. Not every 10” wheel has same back spacing and so on.
I don't mind it sticking out if it has like 15-17" rims and 35-44" rubbers with an off-road lift on it. But even then, I would only stick out as much as the lift calls for. But these city trucks look like shit in my eyes with the 2" sidewall and wide ass wheels.
Right there with you. But I’m a little older now so keeping it simple and classy is the way to go for me personally. I’d imagine if I could’ve afforded 24’s when I was in my twenties, I probably would’ve driven them. Now I’m good with 18x9’s and keeping my paint clean and in tact.
Honestly a 10” with a -25mm offset is pretty beefy. -30mm which unfortunately is not as common is even more aggressive. After that each tire brand is different in width. A 33x12.50 are not all the same width. You’d have to look and measure the tires that gives you the most width. A -30 offset on a 10” wheel works best for me. GM trucks the rears are tucked in a bit so a 1’ 1/4” wheel adapters lines the rear and front track nicely. A beefy look without going overboard……….. i know you guys at custom offsets know all this im just saying lol
I’ve got a ‘22 F250 with 1200 miles on it, and 18x9’s are perfect for me. I couldn’t imagine driving a truck with all that poke. Nothing wrong with it, just not for me.
Both my rams (02 and 16) front body tapers in the front of the body from the rear of the body. And idk if it just an optical illusion, but depending on where I stand in the front or the rear of the truck. The front tires (20x10 -24) look like they have more poke than the rear. If I throw a 1/2" spacer on the rears, you think it will look goofier?
2004 Silverado 2500 91k miles initially on 20x10 wides 35’s for 6years switched up to 20x12’s harder to steer at a stand still and blew my steering pump and gear. Replaced all pump, gear hoses. even upgraded to kryptonite pitman, idler kit, steering is better but still noticeable resistance in the steering at a slow rolling turn. Thinking it’s the 12 wides. Looking to switch back to 10’s. No forums or videos speak on the turning at an almost dead stop like pulling out of a parking space… and the effects on the steering gear. Can Anyone else chime in on this or should I be now focusing on a weak hydroboost?

Hey there guys my name is Chris, and I have a question. I currently have a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ Centennial Edition, """FULLY STOCK"""!!!!!. Now I'm sure all Centennial editions come with the standard/stock 285/45 r22...... My question is? What would be the absolute widest Tire I can mount on my truck without having to do "ANY" modifications whatsoever????.... I don't want to put a Lyft or leveling kit, and I don't want to have to cut any Fender Wells or move any sway bars!... Would anybody out there be able to tell me if I'd be able to comfortably use a 305/45 R22 without any issues?????....Thank You, Sincerely Christopher Engel
I think these guys know when they trash a truck brand, it gets more viewer interaction. Whistling Diesel does that all the time. Guessing it gets more views, more clicks, and more comments. Like right now. lol.
I use my f-250 on the steep narrow gravel roads in the mountains of NM. No way 12 or 14's are going to work for that with nice rims and a bad radius. Super cool wheels are going to get scratched up by all the rocks. 10 is the widest I could agree to go with an aggressive tread. That is perfect (maybe even a bit wide) for my situation.
Pretty sure it means the truck walks some like it does when you put on new aggressive meaty tires. It's not a hard pull but feels like it's rolling on a memory foam mattress if that makes any sense. If it's a daily driver you won't notice it after 3 or 4 days.
Never understood the thin tires on anything but 90s imports. Makes trucks look like they missed leg day and you have to drive the truck like a 90s import.
Will a 20x12 wheel fit on 275/60/20 tires? Really trying to look and see because I’m in no way an expert at this stuff but I’ve really had nothing tell me so far if it will fit or not I’ve googled I know you guys will be able to give me an answer.
Go 20 if you want a street queen, 18 and below if you will be going off road with your truck. Would have been a better video if you kept the same offset.
Hey guys. I got 22 wheels and 33/12 wide also Leveling kit. But the only problem is I when put gas between 40s and 50 some wind noise from the drive side, someone have been any experience with that? Thanks

Prefer 9wides. I cant be the only one who thinks All that tire poke looks awful, either like it flush with the fender or just a tad out
9 wide is best
I don't mind it sticking out if it has like 15-17" rims and 35-44" rubbers with an off-road lift on it. But even then, I would only stick out as much as the lift calls for. But these city trucks look like shit in my eyes with the 2" sidewall and wide ass wheels.
Right there with you. But I’m a little older now so keeping it simple and classy is the way to go for me personally. I’d imagine if I could’ve afforded 24’s when I was in my twenties, I probably would’ve driven them. Now I’m good with 18x9’s and keeping my paint clean and in tact.
@@sloughsharkseh3307 i mean if its used just for mudding or rock crawling only sure go wide as it make sense but other then that no look awful
@@nettyville8736 im in my 20s and will not go over a 20x9. I actually wish i would of got a 18x9
12 is the sweet spot
9 Wides are for guys like Fuller 18X9 Methods type guys or guys who drive old truck and don’t wanna spend more on wheels then what the truck is worth.
I’ve got a ‘22 F250 with 1200 miles on it, and 18x9’s are perfect for me. I couldn’t imagine driving a truck with all that poke. Nothing wrong with it, just not for me.
22x9 Ravetti M3 w/ +33 offset on my truck.
I'm really old and boring. 😃
Im running Fuel Vapors 20X9 on Nitto Ridge Grapplers 295/65/20 on my 19 F250.
20x10 Arkon Mandelas with 305 55 20's for me.
Ordering some 20×12 -44 wrapped in 37×13.50 for the ol 3rd gen 2500. Should be slightly aggressive?
🤘🏾 I’m a 22x10 on 35’s type of guy for my 2019 Limited Ram 1500 !!!
Question ..? best wheel and tire size for 1996 ram pick up 1500 quad cab laramie 2wd
What was the offset on the wheels?
Just got a set of 20x10s from 4play with Kenda R/Ts in 37" for my DD F-250
Is the truck stock suspension
@@Cheepauctioncars It has the front springs changed to the 3 1/2 lift and has reservoir Fox shock all the way around. I also have a full replacement Fab4s with 12K Warn in it, so its heavy in the front.
My perfect daily setup? My 16 ram 3500 on a 4” bds 22x12 fuels with 35x13.5r22s
Will 265’s work on a 17x9 wheel?
What was the wheel BS on the 9" wide wheels you used in your video.
The “cool dad” 10’s😭 as I sit with my 3 kids looking at some 20x10 M0970’s 🤣🤷🏽♂️
14 or 16 wide with stretched mud tires!
Dangerous as hell to do
Cool Dad 10' ' wide for this 57 yr old that hasnt reached maturity :)

I have 9 wide on my 18 Chevy and I want to add 2 inch spacers if I do would it look look almost like the 12 and I currently ride a tiny bit right now too so I would love some advice!!
Rub not ride
But how much was the offset for each wheel?
So what truck does Banker like? I have heard him crap on many different trucks so exactly what year make and model?
I think these guys know when they trash a truck brand, it gets more viewer interaction. Whistling Diesel does that all the time. Guessing it gets more views, more clicks, and more comments. Like right now. lol.
@9:17 Things got real deep and introspective there. Sad day when you have to be practical…….business mans office truck……..kill me now………lol
lol I’m 42 and running 14 wide on my supper duty
Hell yah!
I’m putting ion alloy 171 on my 16 ingot silver f150
I use my f-250 on the steep narrow gravel roads in the mountains of NM. No way 12 or 14's are going to work for that with nice rims and a bad radius. Super cool wheels are going to get scratched up by all the rocks. 10 is the widest I could agree to go with an aggressive tread. That is perfect (maybe even a bit wide) for my situation.
17x8.5 37s and appropriate tire pressure
How wide can i go in a regular wheels size 245 16 75
What’s the offset of the rims with the 12 wides
What do you mean by floaty ?
Pretty sure it means the truck walks some like it does when you put on new aggressive meaty tires. It's not a hard pull but feels like it's rolling on a memory foam mattress if that makes any sense. If it's a daily driver you won't notice it after 3 or 4 days.
He is definitely a Chevy or dodge guy that always makes up problems to try to make his truck not seem like a pile of crap
37x13.5R20LT E on 20x9, -12
Never understood the thin tires on anything but 90s imports. Makes trucks look like they missed leg day and you have to drive the truck like a 90s import.
Will a 20x12 wheel fit on 275/60/20 tires? Really trying to look and see because I’m in no way an expert at this stuff but I’ve really had nothing tell me so far if it will fit or not I’ve googled I know you guys will be able to give me an answer.
Yes it will fit and that's exactly what the gallery on our website will help you figure out for future reference!
So the rims sizes are the ones that make you wide ? No need for spacers ??
Wheel width and offset are the main two factors to go wide! No need for spacers. -Fuller
Go 20 if you want a street queen, 18 and below if you will be going off road with your truck. Would have been a better video if you kept the same offset.
I noticed right off the bat that the 9 wides looked a little light in air 😂
Hey guys.
I got 22 wheels and 33/12 wide also
Leveling kit. But the only problem is I when put gas between 40s and 50 some wind noise from the drive side, someone have been any experience with that? Thanks
Check out the rubber on your door seal! -Fuller
What’s the offset on the third set of wheels?
It's explained in the video..
No you didn’t you said that they’re 20x10s I want to know if the offset is 25mm 44mm
