Tastes fine to me. When I eat it, I usually eat it, cut really thin, in my salads with other greens like spinach, romaine, & butter lettuce, maybe some broccoli slaw, some dried cranberries, some shaved almonds or walnuts, maybe some cucumbers, and a lite dressing. Kens Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette is one of my faves , along with their Lite Caesar dressing. If you wanted something creamier, you could use a Greek yogurt based dressing, which would be naturally low fat/cal, and high in protein.
I definitely understand how Ryann feels. I lost a TON of weight, and even though i could wear way smaller clothes and everything, I still looked in the mirror and didn't see a difference. It wasn't until I gained it all back and I looked back at photos from when I was smaller did I see the difference. I hated myself.

On the before pictures they are flexing bad with bad lighting and on the after pictures they are flexing with excellent lighting with a tan. These videos just gives people wrong expectation which sometimes is the reason why people stop training. The difference you get from 1 month of training is barley visible, just remember that never give up with your training and never watch these bs fitness videos.
Jaan I've lost a lot of weight in the past, and I'm sure that it's completely possible to lose fat as fast as shown, over a year I lost 35 kilos. And over 4 months another 12 kilos. Consistency is the key to any fitness journey. Losing fat is easy, putting on muscle, now that's another story.

Okay. Every person who is a gym dude or gym chick knows that buzzfeed’s fitness videos are just bad and wrong about training, just look at the thumbnails or on the before pictures and after pictures. On the before pictures they are flexing bad with bad lighting and on the after pictures they are flexing with excellent lighting with a tan. These videos just gives people wrong expectation which sometimes is the reason why people stop training. The difference you get from 1 month of training is barley visible, just remember that never give up with your training and never watch these bs fitness videos.
This video was after 2 months and there wasn't even a huge difference. I'm not defending the rest of their videos... Just sayin.

Jaan I've lost a lot of weight in the past, and I'm sure that it's completely possible to lose fat as fast as shown, over a year I lost 35 kilos. And over 4 months another 12 kilos. Consistency is the key to any fitness journey.
Losing fat is easy, putting on muscle, now that's another story.
Plus, those dudes are also purposely sticking out their guts in the *before* pics and then sucking in their guts in the *after* pics.
Who cares, they all made progress, they all committed, and they're all happier.. Whats wrong with that???
