In this video I show you how to add a cutline to a bitmap in Corel Draw for printing and cutting on a Roland VersaCAMM. The video shows the process of working with the bitmap tool, the trace functions in Corel Draw, and then using contour tools to bring the edge in slightly to prevent any white areas showing on the final print.
If you are looking for a specific tutorial on Corel Draw or Roland Versaworks - post to my TH-cam channel and I will try to get them out there for you!
Thanks for watching the video and make sure to visit my blog for articles on the industry - www.thegarmentedge.com

great tutorial
great video, thankyou for sharing this.
How do you save the file, I find when I bring the saved eps file to roland versaworks to print. the cutline doesnt work. i even opened a working cutline picture, and re saved it. and it no longer worked.
great video thanks for the help!
Glad it helped!
Steven, I have a bmp which I remove background. I then add text above and below in CorelDraw7. From here I want to put a boundary around all so I can contour a cutline around the whole image with letters. Problem is the boundary picks up a rectangle that was around my image where my background was. How do I get rid of this rectangle. thank you in advance.
powerclip the image into the drawn line and it will retain the edge of the line. If you then add text, you can create a boundary around all of the objects.
I hope this helps!
Was this windows XP? !
thanks to much
