At first only 5.9gb of ram was usable and the rest 2.1 was reserved for hardware. I researched and found the the only thing I can do is to add 1 more ram stick so I upgraded to 2x8gb ram but now was I added 1 more stick of 8 gb ram 10.1gb of ram is hardware reserved and only 5.9gb is usable now too
Pls tell me what to do How can I removed this reserved ram.
tried removing the ram stick to check if the ram I order was faulty but it was alright

If u want links, then I have for both 16gb ddr4 and 8 gb ones of crucial and hynix. But I do have doubt myself.
How much can I add more. I mean, can I only add 8 gb ram that makes a total of 16 gb ram or I can expand to 32 gb in total.
On websites like mrmemory and crucial, it shows 32gb however on smartprix and all says 16 gb utmost.
