I always find myself justifying to my mum and MIL that i have to take my 2 month old out of the car seat at the end of a journey. They dont quite understand the reason why i bought one that isnt a combo system (seat stays in car, baby goes into pram) but i know that from watching your videos, her safety is most important over her staying asleep.
@@rugeramerican308 I ended up getting a seat that spins 360 so I'm not twisting my back lifting her in and out. Well worth the money and she can use it till she's 4 x
i’m only planning to use the infant seat through winter and then I’m done with it because it’s way too heavy but it gets way too cold here to go load him in unless I go start my car for a while before. I never leave him sleeping in the carseat though
I don't understand the logic of taking a baby out of the seat if the baby is sleeping when the journey is over. So it's fine for a baby to fall asleep during a 2-hour car ride, but it's not fine for a baby to sleep for 2 hours in that same seat at home...? We would be hearing a lot more infant deaths from car seats if that was the case. If there's something I'm missing, please do let me know.
SAME!!! I specifically avoided the combo (got a pram stroller and revolve 360 lifetime car seat/booster) because I didn’t want anyone to be tempted to leave her in a car seat when its not safely in the car!
When I was a child, my 5mo cousin died of positional asphyxiation. My aunt and uncle were with him and their older child at Disneyland, and he was happy in the stroller all morning, and fell asleep early in the day. They didn't notice anything was wrong until they went to check on him closely after he had only been asleep in the stroller, for half an hour at most, and he was blue. He was already dead by the time they even noticed anything was wrong, even though they were literally watching him sleep. When I was a kid I was only told what happened was called sids, and that babies just sometimes stop breathing. I didn't know about positional asphyxiation until your videos, and honestly learning about it makes me wonder why this isn't like, the first thing they tell new parents!! Honestly I think the carseat-to-stroller contraptions should be illegal, for encouraging such risk.
That is such a sad story. I think that all new parents should get a rundown on dangerous behaviours and items before they get to take their baby home. Like you, I knew about SIDS, but not much about positional asphyxiation. I would have definitely been more careful about allowing my son to sleep in the stroller. Fortunately, nothing bad ever happened to him, or most babies in that situation, but the risk is scary.
Thank you so much for sharing! I am so sorry this happened to your extended family. I agree! I think this information, especially about potential dangers with baby products should be one of the first things parents become aware of. Unfortunately, there are a lot of products on the market that pose safety risks that parents just don't know about.
They usually do before you leave the birth place with baby, when they explain how to safely attach them in the car. Maybe they weren't when your cousin was born. That's really sad

Our oldest was left in a swing a lot of the time and caused the muscles in his neck to develop incorrectly, causing for bad posture in his neck and arms. Luckily it was reversible after about a month or so of stretches and physical therapy
Great advice!!! Loving the practical and commonsense and full of real life reasons to explain why….gives me as a grandma faith that such advice is still there for a lot of new mums who have no idea which advice to take because there are so many confusing trending must do’s given by uneducated people.
You need to train your baby to sleep on their own a bit. My friend couldn’t do any chores inside/outside of the house without having the baby strapped to her.
There is still a risk but we have to travel with our infants safely restrained in an infant car seat. Fortunately, the risks associated with babies sleeping in the car for short periods of time when they’re properly restrained in a car seat that’s been installed with appropriate positioning are reduced. The key is to minimise the amount of time they spend in the car sleeping as much as possible, which means waking/moving them to a safe sleep space when you arrive at your destination. It's also important to note, that taking the baby car seat (or capsule) out of the car and letting your little one keep sleeping in it while it's placed on a flat surface isn't a good idea. Doing this can change how the seat tilts, moving it into an angle that's not as safe for your baby. I hope that helps.
@@EmmaHubbard It is recommended to have a baby in a car seat for airplane ride. What should parents do in that situation esp. for international flights that are over 12 hours? Another question is about sleeping in a baby carrier. Can you comment on how safe or unsafe it is for babies to sleep in a carrier, such as tush baby carrier? Thanks.
Thanks for the excellent advice, again! We struggled so much with my son's sleep and learned all of this by trial and error. Had a bit of a laugh at #4 - I live in central Canada and sunrise at winter solstice is almost 9 am! Definitely not getting any sunlight when we start the day, haha!
I was just wondering if the baby can also suffocate when s/he sleeps in the baby wrap carrier because the head doesn’t remain straight, but tilt a little bit.
Ah, sunshine! If only! The sun's not rising before 9am right now, and it does so only behind thick rain clouds. Very interesting and potentially life saving video, thank you very much!
Hi Emma Thanks for all the advices you give. Would you guide us in introducing different languages to babies , methods and approaches. It would be a great help.Tq
Yes. I ALWAYS move her to safe space. It isn't worth the risk. This means less sleep for me😂😂😂😂 but oh well. My anxiety wont let me leave her in the carseat.
My baby only naps for 30 minutes multiple times throughout the day and nap 10 mins at night and fuss and cry and keep doing this till 4 am. She also wont stay awake longer than an hour and a half during the day but at night she stays awake for 3-4 hours. I am losing my mind.
I love seeing your videos . They always remind me that commonsense is still the right way. Everything you describe is what was NORMAL when we had our babies. It restores my faith in knowing I had well fed well rested babies who slept through quite young..I was a happy well rested mum and considered myself lucky…but routine worked and still will.
I always remember infant CPR head positioning when i look at how i place my baby's head when laying him down or propping him up. Also, got a pivot xpand with the bassinet add on so it's have positional options for the stroller.
My baby sleeps worse and worse with every passing month. He is 7,5 months old. He slept best as a newborn. He was capable of sleeping 4-6 hours without waking every night. Lately he wakes every 40-60 minutes, rarely sleeping 2 hours without waking. Maybe teething plays a part in it. He grew 5 new teeth in 5 or 6 weeks. Also he learned to sit up and classic crawl. Usually in lighter sleep he suddenly rolls, starts crawling, sits up and in this way wakes himself up and starts crying to be soothed to sleep again. In the morning he is all smiles and I am broken lunatic.
I’m so sorry to hear that. You might want to watch her videos about sleep training. There are a bunch of reasons why your baby isn’t sleeping well and you have to work through all of them, unfortunately.
Ugh! My son was like that around 5-6 months, too. He slept 5-6 hour stretches at night around 3 months, but the 4-month sleep regression put an end to that for about 6 weeks. And once that was over, every time he ended a sleep cycle, he would roll over onto his tummy and wake up shrieking. We ended up doing gradual extinction sleep training so he could learn to fall asleep on his own, but he's 15 months now and still wakes up 2-3 times a night hollering for me to help. Your boy definitely could be feeling the effects of teething or be going through a developmental leap that is disrupting his sleep. But if his sleep is just getting worse and it's not just a week or two here and there that are rough, you might need to try sleep training and maybe tweak what you are doing during the day (naps, waketime activities, meals). If you're not comfortable just leaving him in his crib to work things out on his own, there are methods with more parent intervention. Hang in there!
I have 9 month old twins and my husband and I reached a breaking point between 6 and 7.5 months with them because they WOULD NOT sleep. We would be feeding them multiple times at night, they would fall asleep with the bottle, they would be extremely active at night… just not a good situation for anyone. Our solution was a strict daytime nap routine and bedtime routine and sleep training. We knew our kids’ personalities and knew the Ferber method wouldn’t work with them bc they would see us and cry more bc we wouldn’t be picking them up to console them. So we went completely cold turkey and when it was bedtime, did not enter the room again until morning. The first couple nights were tough, but we have a monitor so we would keep an eye on them when they would cry. The only reason we were remotely okay with doing it this way was bc we were at the end of our rope. If you’re not emotionally prepared, it can be very difficult hearing your baby cry. But omg the CHANGE. They were sleeping through the night (12 hours!) after the 4th night!! I realize this is just anecdotal. Follow your gut. I got a lot of pushback from relatives bc it can seem cold but they were not in my shoes and ultimately it worked.
We started sleep training at 6 weeks according to Babywise. It took a couple of weeks to bring him to the schedule we wanted him on. He is 8 months old, takes 2-3 naps a day 45 min to 1 hr and sleeps 10 hours at night. He wakes up 6-7 am, sleep 8-8:30 pm. His routine is predictable and i work my schedule around his. Sure, there are days when he doesn’t fall into his schedule, we just adjust it and he is back in a couple of days. It’s a lot of work, but by 3 months, we fed him only once at night and he slept through the rest if the hours. I highly recommend doing Babywise at any age
We as parents know that sleep regressions are tough ☹️ Our baby is nearly 18 mo old and has been sleeping well at night for a while, so please know there is light at the end of the tunnel! If it helps, we have found studies that show that no sleep training method has a negative impact on babies' emotional health. Some parents dislike the cry-it-out method, but that's what works best for others. It's certainly what worked best for us. We can also attest to the peace of mind that comes from a baby monitor (just don't use a hackable one--V-tech doesn't depend on internet and therefore isn't hackable, in my understanding) It can also help to tell yourself that you'll leave your baby alone for a set amount of time to allow your baby to fall asleep--even set a timer--and that can help you get a break while simultaneously staying available if they really need you. Also, definitely talk with your pediatrician. Our pediatrician has always been very helpful! Your pediatrician may also be able to help discover any possible underlying issues that could be impacting your baby's sleep.
Here is what I don’t understand-babies sleep in the car seat while driving all the time. You still won’t see how they are positioned-they are rear facing for at least 1 year. So why is it ok for them to fall asleep and stay asleep in the car seat in the car if it is dangerous for the baby to sleep in the car seat out of the car?
So a bassinet stroller attachment is safer than a car seat attachment, right? I’ve thought about this for my second coming next year, and it seems like the safer option to me.
We always used the bassinet attachment when she was under 3 months old before switching to the stroller seat when she was big enough. When we go to church, we are there for hours, and so I need her to nap but would not ever let her do that in her car seat outside of being in the car. While the bassinet attachment can’t be used for more than a few months really, it was worth it for us. Great for taking baby on a stroll and not worrying about them sleeping there.
Yep - A bassinet stroller attachment would be a safer option for when you are out and about. Just make sure that the bassinet lays flat and that you keep the pram uncovered (as a cover can increase the overall heat significantly).
My stroller is the kind where you take the car seat and lock it in there but I assumed that that was as safe as any other stroller. Should get another one for my 5 month old baby?
Nope this is the first time I have done this video. But there are concepts in this one which I have also mentioned in other videos - like waking them up to start the day in my video on how to improve sleep without sleep training. Also great that you have trusted me enough to keep watching. 💕
My premature son (born at 26weeks) is now 13weeks old and weighs around 2.7 kilos. He is still fairly small and his head tilts forward while he is in the car seat. Any suggestions to make sure his head stays more propped up?
Due to your little one's size and age, the best person to give you advice would be an infant car seat installation specialist. I am not sure where you live but if you live in Australia, the organisation is called Kid Safe. These people would be able to see your little one in the car seat and provide specific recommendations. I hope that helps!
We have this struggle with our little one (12 weeks old but was born 6 weeks earlier). She is still waking up every three hours to eat (on her own) so she ends up falling asleep for the night at about 23:00-00:00 which is too late but will also wake up during the night. So my question is, when should the day "start" and "end" and how should the naps be arranged in between? Thank you so much for your videos, they helped me a lot.
I m surprised you said still wakes up.. mine is almost 6 months, wakes up every 2 hours to eat at night. For some babies it is normal until they still breastfeeding. The internet gurus information can be really frustrating, it is just averaged or the ideal situations or the sleep trained babies. The reality is way harder and most of are not lucky..😂
Consider cluster feeding them in the evening, as it will probably help increase the intervals during the night. At least in our case it worked - my breastfed daughter would wake up only once during the first two months of her life and soon switch to 7-8 hours of undisrupted night sleep (no sleep training was involved, I would come to her as soon as she called/cried). Important to note that the one initial midnight nursing session was also quite long - about an hour - as I wanted to make sure she drank as much as possible. Hope that helps.
@@minatodorova8123Thank you very much, although I'm a bit afraid to cluster feed because she throws up sometimes. You're very lucky 😁❤ We didn't want to sleep train but we just started, because she literally sleeps anywhere besides her basinet... and as soon as she goes in she starts crying (unless she's deeply asleep and we manage to put her in without waking her up).
My baby (4months) sleeps through most of the night peacefully. Should I wake him up for a feed in the middle of the night? Say after about 4-6hrs since the last feed.
We as parents recommend talking with your pediatrician to make sure your baby's sleep schedule is allowing them to gain enough weight at this stage of their development. Each baby is different
I would talk to your doctor but I would say do not wake him up, I started doing that with my baby, big mistake, she's now 7mo and my baby still wakes up for that one feed I think I created a habit. (My pediatrician says she is growing perfectly and I could drop that bottle, but man I just can't seem to let her cry it out to do so 😢)
If your little one is sleeping through the night but continuing to gain weight then there is no need to wake him. Just check in with your baby’s doctor to see what the weight curve is showing. Hope that helps.
Me calling the er saying my baby won't wake up, he's floppy. What does he have on asked the nurse, a vest babygrow a cardigan and a blanket. She told me to take off the cardigan and blanket and open his babygrow. He was awake in minutes. I never overdressed him again.
My baby will not sleep at all on her back... Bassinet, crib, whatever... Just zero percent chance. She wakes up almost immediately regardless of how I place her down, and even if she's fast asleep, she wakes up within minutes and starts SCREAMING. I am exhausted having to hold her whenever she wants to sleep. How am I supposed to get any sleep if she won't sleep without being held? I'm about to faint.
This advice is purely a guess...maybe it could work if you sleep a bit when someone else is there in the room too? That way, if you were to change positions in a way that could lead to suffocation, they could help. Also, our parent's generation apparently all slept while holding us... I'm not saying to do it... I'm just saying... I have a next to me crib. When baby gets fussy, I place my arm on him or hold his hand, which seems to help.
Why is it okay for them to sleep in the car seat during the journey but not once it’s over? What difference does that make? They are still sat at the same angle with the same risk of asphyxiation, right? How does that risk just suddenly arise once the journey is over, but is fine the whole ride? What if it’s a really long car journey? Are they also not supposed to sleep when you’re taking them out in their stroller? That isn’t totally flat like a bassinet either…
We bought a Cybex T cloud car seat which can be adjusted to a flat position when removed from the car. It’s also a bit flatter than most models while in the car. Is it okay to leave him longer when in “lie flat” mode? I’ve observed our one month old and his chin is up, not on his chest.
Same here I have… I also put it in lie of flat mode always when we’re at home. But my baby stay not so long in the chair, she like it only when I drive… but after this video I don’t think I’ll leave her any second to sleep in car seat…
Hope your bub gets better soon 🙏 thank you for all the videos we've watched throughout our toddler's life--been so extremely helpful for us as first-time parents in the USA!
This video came late 😂 i followed dont wake the baby rule and my kiddo would sleep at 4 am or 5 am. Initially she had colic and worst episodes were at night so she would be awake at night and sleep during the day. This pattern continued after colic got resolved as I kept on following dont wake the baby rule. Had a hard time shifting it.
Is it safe for babies to sleep in the car seat when it's in the car? You've said to wake or transfer them once the car has stopped moving, so does that mean they're okay to sleep while the car is moving?
I think the point of these devices are because the baby doesnt sleep in a crib or bassinet or not as well... not saying theres no risk just saying if i woke up my son from his swing eveytime he fell asleep i would have 0 sleep for the first 7 months he refused to sleep in anything stationary
My daughter, now 19 and a mother of a beautiful 3 week old baby girl, was just like this as a baby. The best thing I ever bought was a vibrating bassinet. But she almost always went to sleep in her swing. I watched her closely when she was there but if I had woken her every time there would have been no rest happening in our house
Thank you for your videos,is it normal for a two month old not to sleep during the day until the next night time? She can sleep from 4 pm to 4am,just won't budge in the day
I don't think that's normal. Babies that age typically can (or should) only stay up 1-2 hours max at a time. Sometimes they will go longer, but it shouldn't be a regular thing. Are you supporting her in falling asleep or just leaving her to fall asleep on her own? My son needed support to fall asleep until he was about 3 months old - either nursed to sleep or bounced gently. At that point, he developed self-soothing techniques to help him fall asleep on his own, but before that, if I just left him to try to sleep on his own, he would just stay awake because he didn't know how to fall asleep on his own.
No worries at all! In regards to your question about sleeping during the day. It's hard to say what is happening. I am not sure if this is the case with your little one, but it's really common for newborns to drift off to sleep while feeding (during this time they continue to suck- but it is generally slower in pace and they are actually asleep). So after 'feeding' for 20 - 40 minutes, they might wake up and then because they have had a 'sneaky' nap they're not tired. This gives the appearance that they're awake all day and only sleeping at night. If you think that is happening for your little one, it might be worth watching this video (th-cam.com/video/pbKy4RPq6gI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=1JKJz5y6deAGmIuC) on newborn cues and how to work out when your little one is tired and needing a nap verse hungry and needing a feed. They're very tricky to read in the beginning and we often interpret their signs that they are hungry when they're actually tired (and that's when they nap on you while feeding). I hope that helps!
It’s not safer when the car is moving, it is just as dangerous. But the risk justifies the reward of protection if in a motor vehicle accident. The risk is not justified if you’re just trying to get your baby to take a nap.
Often times when I go to pick up my baby (5 months old) from daycare, she is sleeping in a swing with her head tilted all the way down or to the side and I cringe every time. I know that she sleeps in her crib there but I think they only do that after she feeds and is falling asleep or nap time. Anyways, I don't want to be the annoying mom that says to mover her from the swing to the crib when she sleeps since I know this means they might have to attend to her if she wakes up ... but it scares the crap out of me when I see her like this.. Should I say anything to them (answer is yes I'm sure) and how do I go about saying/asking them? Thanks!
I'm not an expert, but she's your baby. Who cares if you're annoying about her safety? She's YOUR baby and paying them to keep her safe. Just tell them that you'd like for her not to be left to sleep like that. If they react poorly, then that's not the daycare for your child or any child. Good luck! ❤

My husband thinks I’m being too paranoid by not wanting to let our 2 mo. old baby sleep in her maxi cosi rocker 😩 he just says “she’s fine!” I’m terrified of positional asphyxiation. He lets her sleep in it when he is watching her, but this causes me tons of anxiety. Any advice? 😩 would their stomach still look like they are breathing even if they are struggling?
Humble viewer's opinion: Make a boundary with your husband!! According to the video, it seems like positional asphyxiation is a real danger and you can't always notice it happening, so you're definitely not being paranoid. Maybe if you're really open and honest with him about how much distress it brings you and how real the danger is, he'll agree to stop leaving her in her rocker
@@sun-bleachedbones6027 I appreciate any feedback! Unfortunately I feel like I have had these talks with him and he still doesn’t listen :( but I will try again, maybe I can show him this video, I like how it is presented in a non judge mental, calm informational way. Hi @LaurelKeiffer do you think he might watch this video? It might help to explain the risks associated with sleeping in these products. Also, it might be worth looking up the product description or user guide - as they should have it in writing that babies should not sleep in it. They have to have it for legal reasons. Is the car seat sleeping scenario valid for older babies/ toddlers?
What's the difference between the car moving or being stationary? Why is it dangerous to let him sleep when we've arrived but not during the ride?
Point 4 would be very challenging for you!😂
Same in Sweden 🙈 we schedule our lamps to go on in the morning during winter to get the illusion of sun rising
I just got back from visiting my family in Sweden❤
I was just wondering if the baby can also suffocate when s/he sleeps in the baby wrap carrier because the head doesn’t remain straight, but tilt a little bit.
Ah, sunshine! If only! The sun's not rising before 9am right now, and it does so only behind thick rain clouds.
Very interesting and potentially life saving video, thank you very much!

Exactly what I thought as a person living in Sweden🤣🤣
Hi Emma
Thanks for all the advices you give.
I stress out to much too!
This is so nice. Will take note on this one. Thank you for the information 😊
My baby only naps for 30 minutes multiple times throughout the day and nap 10 mins at night and fuss and cry and keep doing this till 4 am. She also wont stay awake longer than an hour and a half during the day but at night she stays awake for 3-4 hours. I am losing my mind.
Have you tried contact napping? Babies that age need mother’s warmth to sleep.
Try acid reflux medicine like mylicon.
It helps my baby
Aww..my prayers are with you. Hopefully it will get better soon ❤
What does your pediatrician say? There me be a reason why he's waking up. Rule out any physical issues.
Did you try a swaddle?
I love seeing your videos . They always remind me that commonsense is still the right way. Everything you describe is what was NORMAL when we had our babies. It restores my faith in knowing I had well fed well rested babies who slept through quite young..I was a happy well rested mum and considered myself lucky…but routine worked and still will.
This really makes sense and thank you very much for wanting to share 😊
I always remember infant CPR head positioning when i look at how i place my baby's head when laying him down or propping him up. Also, got a pivot xpand with the bassinet add on so it's have positional options for the stroller.
Your free guide is never sent can you give us a link with the naps ? Thanks 🙂🙏
A major factor is the change of angle. When out of the car, the seat places the baby in a more upright position, tilting their head forward more.
Also consider a car seat mirror that mounts on the headrest above

What about long car journeys is it ok to let them sleep in their carseat in the car for a long period of time?
I would also know this?
Thanks for this content, Emma. As an expecting mom, this really helps.
You're so welcome! Also a huge congratulations!
So what do you do when baby falls asleep in the car chair?
Is this re-uploaded/re-filmed?? Or I am having a dejavu?
I follow you and have learnt a lot
Nope this is the first time I have done this video. But there are concepts in this one which I have also mentioned in other videos - like waking them up to start the day in my video on how to improve sleep without sleep training.
Also great that you have trusted me enough to keep watching. 💕
Is there an age where positional asphyxiation isn’t as much of a risk anymore ?
My premature son (born at 26weeks) is now 13weeks old and weighs around 2.7 kilos. He is still fairly small and his head tilts forward while he is in the car seat. Any suggestions to make sure his head stays more propped up?
Can you recline the car seat more?
Due to your little one's size and age, the best person to give you advice would be an infant car seat installation specialist. I am not sure where you live but if you live in Australia, the organisation is called Kid Safe. These people would be able to see your little one in the car seat and provide specific recommendations. I hope that helps!
Hi, wanted to know if I should wake up my 4 month old baby for a feed at night when she would be sleeping and not showing any signs for a feed?
Same here would like to know
No lol
@@minatodorova8123 I used to do it, did nothing of such for me.
@@Siprovi4Yeah I guess you're right.. It's really hard not to feel like you're doing a crappy job when you see what other babies are doing online 😂
What about waking babies for feeds when you have twins?
Overheating probably 😮
Overheating probably 😮 Thank goodness he woke up afterwards ❤
I have the same issue 😢
Why is it okay for them to sleep in the car seat during the journey but not once it’s over? What difference does that make? They are still sat at the same angle with the same risk of asphyxiation, right? How does that risk just suddenly arise once the journey is over, but is fine the whole ride? What if it’s a really long car journey? Are they also not supposed to sleep when you’re taking them out in their stroller? That isn’t totally flat like a bassinet either…
Look through her replies in the comments, she answered it.
What to do if we are about to go on a road trip to visit family, about 7.5 hr car trip?? He is no doubt going to fall asleep in car seat.
Lots of breaks to take them out of the seat for a little bit! At least every 2 hours is what I was told by a NICU nurse.

Can I treat my premature baby that's 3 months old like a normal baby? Or should I give more attention?
This video came late 😂 i followed dont wake the baby rule and my kiddo would sleep at 4 am or 5 am. Initially she had colic and worst episodes were at night so she would be awake at night and sleep during the day. This pattern continued after colic got resolved as I kept on following dont wake the baby rule. Had a hard time shifting it.
Is it safe for babies to sleep in the car seat when it's in the car? You've said to wake or transfer them once the car has stopped moving, so does that mean they're okay to sleep while the car is moving?
Following!!
Is it ok to feed infant by laying side by side?
This helped me thanks a lot
Glad it helped
My baby is 26 days. One day he sleep day time continuously next day he doesn't sleep at night time... day and night time also sleep is good???
What's the best position to put ur baby to sleep
I could not find the link for the catnap video
So...why is it safe to let the baby sleep in a car seat _when the car is moving?_
I was wondering this too.
It’s able the angle having the car seat on the car seat base makes vs the floor
It’s not safer when the car is moving, it is just as dangerous. But the risk justifies the reward of protection if in a motor vehicle accident. The risk is not justified if you’re just trying to get your baby to take a nap.
Because you will be driving for a relatively short period of time ideally
A car seat is not a bed
Kindly help me. Why does my baby breath so fast at night when he wakes up to feed
They only need 2 hrs in morning and 2 in afternoon and then bed 7 or 730

What if we are planning some long trips on car with our 3m? I’ll be seated in the back seats with him watching him .
Good luck! ❤
I second what Junior'smama said.
Just be polite but firm.
Or maybe you need to change to a daycare that is properly trained in child safety
It’s so easy to keep them asleep especially when they’re mostly fussing while awake 😭
