I was not raised an SDA. I tried so hard not to be an SDA. Just like other churches, there are bad apples in this church. But embracing their faith and lifestyle has made me really healthy and happier... And peace abiding....
Umm, my family has never had type 2 diabetes, all you do is don't drink pop, eat candy or tons of processed food. Eat actual food for meals and don't get excessive with sugar. Many people are food addicts who probably need help from an addiction specialist.
This is the answer to the problem I talk about in my first video: Obesity and the downfall of the economy. Good to see that this is possible in America. - We need to adapt to this diet on a large scale. Preventable diseases are taking us down.
This video called Sunday Sabbath .. they got it wrong! .. Saturday is the Sabbath and is kept In Loma Linda as the Sabbath. The mail is even delivered on Sunday instead of Saturday the Sabbath
Being vegan alone, still gives you access to an amount of unhealthy processed foods. Vegans in general have less change to get type 2 diabetes, but eating a whole foods plant-based diet eliminates these processed foods. Studies have even linked the whole foods plant based diet to a remission off type 2 diabetes.

Food is a major part of it. Also the absence of the other major diseases is astounding. Different lifestyle choices equal different results.

Question: I'm an aging senior citizen and vegan. Could I get into one of their assisted living centers without buying their religion? Just curious.
