I have to say, it was very wholesome to see you burst with happiness listening to that track :) I hope you get to find even more tracks to your liking in Undertale's OST! Toby Fox is a great composer, and even made sure that the music helped the story in the game (a lot of tracks have the same leitmotiv with a twist). Lena Raine, Celeste's composer, helped Toby a bit for his next game's soundtrack. Undertale is a game which remembers your actions, and there are two special endings if you spare everyone or you kill everyone. Megalovania plays towards the end of the latter, when you get what is the hardest fight of the whole game. One word of advice if you play that game: play it the way you want. Some will voice their discontent that people play the "bad guy route", but Toby made that game so you could have your own experience, and be yourself. If you do a bad action, that's okay. If you go for the evil route, as long as that's what you want, that's okay too. If you want to never play that route because you grew attached to the characters (which is my case), that's okay too. Just make sure you have a good experience.
I haven't played the game and probably never will but I've watched complete gameplays. The thing that gets me the most is the OST. The music for everything is just top-tier and listening to the anniversary orchestra they did was absolutely epic.
Toby Fox made Undertale and its soundtrack, he got so much recognition for the music that Nintendo, gamefreak and the Pokemon company wanted him to make music for the newer Pokemon games.
Some other things Nick should listen to (aside from the whole ost of Undertale and Deltarune, which is painfully amazing) is probably Doom 2016, Doom Eternal, and Ultrakill But these are all REAAALLY experimental and outside a lot of people’s comfort zone Also, nick your reactions are too good. Best reaction channel I’ve seen in quite a while ((:
I can’t believe Nick has never heard Megalovania before. I never played Undertale but i heard this all the time on TH-cam back in 2016 Glad he’s finally hearing it tho, shits fire 🔥🔥🔥

Dude holy shit I absolutely cannot stress enough how much you need to play this fucking game. I discovered it a few years back, and playing it was absolutely life changing experience. It’s the most clever and subversive game I’ve ever played and I was constantly in awe of Toby fox’s genius that was so apparent in every single aspect of it. I still listen to the soundtrack almost daily even all these years later, and I remember the stories events as if I experienced them yesterday. It truly does stick with you like nothing else. Id absolutely love to see you play this game somehow in any form, but whatever you do don’t let any of your fans influence how you play it. Just go into it blind and play it exactly how YOU would choose to do it. Anyways sorry for jerking this game off for so long but trust me, you’ll be doing the same thing to liv right after you finish it 😂
Nope. Sorry but just because you like the game, it doesn’t mean Nick will. Honestly the guy does not have the attention span for Undertale and I can almost guarantee that he will say or do something that will upset fans of the game. It is a great game but that doesn’t mean it’s a good game for everyone.
@RoflCannon6 because he has a low attention span that means he won't like the game? My attention span is utterly horrible and I loved playing undertale
there is a thing that you should know, every single song of undertale, is connected, meaning that by listening this song, you are listening to a part of a looped bigger music
Toby was actually refining this song for quite a while before he put it in Undertale. A version of it originally showed up in an Earthbound ROM hack, then he put it in his webcomic Homestuck, then it went into Undertale where it really blew up
This is a boss battle theme. All of undertale's boss themes go hard i highly suggest u make a long reaction video to the all undertale boss themes video it would be a great experience for u and would make amazing content as well.
next Undertale OST suggestions: -Spider Dance (but listen to Ghost Fight and Mad Dummy first, just so that this song hits harder) -His Theme (but play the game first, also so that this song hits harder) -The World Revolving (actually a Deltarune song, but tomayto tomahto) -Your Best Nightmare (if you like Breakcore, Splattercore, Jungle, whatever other 90s breakbeat-heavy genre)
ay yo, he showing da grippers for free lmao 2:53. love this song, glad you enjoyed! Games and anime got some good ass music so welcome to all the fandoms i guess lol
just so you know, there is more versions of megalovania than you can think, because most of alternate universes are based on sans as it's "main" figure, of course megalovania would have version/different theme for every single one of them.
Like everyone, I'm SHOCKED you never heard this...but welcome to the Undertale fandom, made by 2 people Toby Fox (most art, all music, all game coding) and Temmie Chang (helped with some art)! I'd love to see more reactions to this ost, you'd likely love "Dummy!," "Spear of Justice," and "Battle Against A True Hero"
I did not expect an Undertale reaction from Nick to cross my dash today- omg. And yes, the Undertale OST has some more bangers (Death by Glamour is my #1 PLEASE it's so good), and idk what to tell you if you want to play the game ^^' You really gotta do it on your own time, it's a really good game, deep story n all. Hope ya enjoy it if you do lol
If you waqt to check out the game's story without playing it while also getting to hear the music turned into songs, check out Undertale the Musical. it's a fanmade 4+ hour video where they took the story of the game and all the music you experience during gameplay and turned it into a musical by adding lyrics. Really long, but well worth it IMO. This song isn't in it because you need to do the Genocide route to unlock the fight, but i'm sure someone has made added lyrics to it somewhere.
Bro im younger than you but hearing you talk about Vine/tiktok, missing on the endless megalovania Craze, not ever hearing of this song and this game, wanting the Craze to comeback, all in quick succession made me feel much older than you
I'd love to see your reaction to all the Undertale songs!~ (Maybe Stream it? I think it's a good 100~ min nonstop. Some playlist of it I ran into on a drive home~)
megalovania, if i had to describe it, is the perfect representation of everything coming together to make something great. its not the best song, its not the deepest song, but the song, fight, and meaning behind it all fit so well together and is done so well. which made it such an iconic song
Toby Fox is pretty multitalented it’s wild to think he made two amazing games like Undertale and Deltarune and then finding out he made a whole rock opera called the baby is you
The 3.D. verion of the song, the first bit when it repeats the same bit over and over, it's supposed to be the sound of metaphorically. I'm approaching and a build-up But then we get doctor who's personal battle Theme And then we get a bit where it sounds like 2 people talking like. Why are you doing this and the other person saying? Because I can and I will do it all again, then it goes into. Sans in a blind rage that hes barely containing.."I made a promise, x50" That's how you would describe the music in this song...
The whole soundtrack is top tier, definitely recommend. Toby Fox is a genius
Ong we need more undertale ost reactions

I would literally watch you play through the whole game... UNDERTALE GOAT
I haven't played the game and probably never will but I've watched complete gameplays. The thing that gets me the most is the OST. The music for everything is just top-tier and listening to the anniversary orchestra they did was absolutely epic.
I've been waiting for this for so long
No fucking way you never heard it. You do live under a rock?????
No if u don't listen to Phantasy star online by Deko
Then u live in a rock 🔥🔥🔥
its such a random video that i think he has heard it
such a stupid thing to say
I feel like he’s lying
8:27 getting to the sans fight mentally broke me down before I fought him from emotional damage
its time for the first debut of gameplay on Nick's channel and Undertale is the perfect game for that
Time to check the rest of tobyfox' music lmao
Nick you don't realize how many people would love to see you play this game, Undertale was a fuckin phenomenon back then
Toby Fox made Undertale and its soundtrack, he got so much recognition for the music that Nintendo, gamefreak and the Pokemon company wanted him to make music for the newer Pokemon games.
8:40 apparently the song is so good he didn't even notice that it does in fact loop
Not many know about this but Megalovenia from Undertale took inspiration from a song from Live A Live called Megalomania.
Even though Undertale seems like a simple 2d game, it's a masterpiece that had the internet by the balls for years.
wait till he discovers there is an oficial orchestral version of all the songs of the game
Some other things Nick should listen to (aside from the whole ost of Undertale and Deltarune, which is painfully amazing) is probably Doom 2016, Doom Eternal, and Ultrakill
But these are all REAAALLY experimental and outside a lot of people’s comfort zone
Also, nick your reactions are too good. Best reaction channel I’ve seen in quite a while ((:
Ultrakill 🙏🙏🙏
He shouldn't listen to other undertale ost because not knowing the songs makes the game hit even harder
@@diamondmasterandwillythecat THIS THIS!!!
you've... never heard this before? I'm shocked. bro's been livin under a rock
I can’t believe Nick has never heard Megalovania before. I never played Undertale but i heard this all the time on TH-cam back in 2016
Glad he’s finally hearing it tho, shits fire 🔥🔥🔥
Like????
How???
It's one of the most recent memes that survives and keeps thriving and living.
Memes live for 3 days now, how can you be on the internet and never have heard the first three notes of this track wtf 😭😭
When you hear his shit done by a full live orchestra, it becomes even more apparent how good his music writing is. I recommend anyone interested to look up the Undertale anniversary concert.
00:13 nick talks like undertale characters

Bro lives under a rock
1:34 is where he starts playing the music
There is an orchestral version of this soundtrack on TH-cam. I'm sure you'll love that too!
there is a thing that you should know, every single song of undertale, is connected, meaning that by listening this song, you are listening to a part of a looped bigger music
is connectable, but at the same time it just feels like there is no connection at all
When he finds out that out that there’s other songs he’s gonna flip
+ULB
Toby was actually refining this song for quite a while before he put it in Undertale. A version of it originally showed up in an Earthbound ROM hack, then he put it in his webcomic Homestuck, then it went into Undertale where it really blew up
I thought he'd never react to this :00000.
Nick really should react to the whole OSTs 😄. Or at least the 10 most popular ones.
Man, I've been living under a rock longer than you, found this gem of a soundtrack like a week ago, maybe two
Toby literally created an entire music genre with Undertale, Megalovania is how he did it.
I highly recommend doing the whole ost, I WOULD LOVE to see your react hehehe ha
Nick's Videogame era let's goooo!
This is a boss battle theme. All of undertale's boss themes go hard i highly suggest u make a long reaction video to the all undertale boss themes video it would be a great experience for u and would make amazing content as well.
Listen to all Undertale music it is all amazing
You should react to other Undertale and Deltarune OST, my personal favourite track is BIG SHOT
next Undertale OST suggestions:
-Spider Dance (but listen to Ghost Fight and Mad Dummy first, just so that this song hits harder)
-His Theme (but play the game first, also so that this song hits harder)
-The World Revolving (actually a Deltarune song, but tomayto tomahto)
-Your Best Nightmare (if you like Breakcore, Splattercore, Jungle, whatever other 90s breakbeat-heavy genre)
8:40 Who's gonna tell him?
ay yo, he showing da grippers for free lmao 2:53. love this song, glad you enjoyed! Games and anime got some good ass music so welcome to all the fandoms i guess lol
this guy bring back memories
4:25 Yep. All 104 tracks+ plot+ mostly sprites (characters, except 5-6 ones) + all programming (the code is stupid, and wierd AF but it works, so...)
always love seeing new reactions to this video
he needs to react to worlds end valentine. It’s like a tier below Megalovania
Undertale is now eight years old.
Happy eighth annivesary.
I do love me some Celeste OST, and the game itself, even if it gave me carpal tunnel. Would love to see more video game OST reactions!
I second this. Celeste music is awesome
just so you know, there is more versions of megalovania than you can think, because most of alternate universes are based on sans as it's "main" figure, of course megalovania would have version/different theme for every single one of them.
Hope ya enjoy it if you do lol
megalovania is known in the comunity as the music you can never ruin. Remix it any ways you want it always sounds good XD
Bro im younger than you but hearing you talk about Vine/tiktok, missing on the endless megalovania Craze, not ever hearing of this song and this game, wanting the Craze to comeback, all in quick succession made me feel much older than you
Ah the easiest enemy, I mean, he only has 1 hp.
Now he just has to react to the boss fight.
I'd love to see your reaction to all the Undertale songs!~ (Maybe Stream it? I think it's a good 100~ min nonstop. Some playlist of it I ran into on a drive home~)
Nice and refreshing to see someone hearing this for the first time
Bro you have to react to more Undertale songs, OST of this game is iconic
playing undertale is a life experience
megalovania, if i had to describe it, is the perfect representation of everything coming together to make something great. its not the best song, its not the deepest song, but the song, fight, and meaning behind it all fit so well together and is done so well. which made it such an iconic song
You’re going to have a baaaaad time if you get this song in your game
Toby Fox is pretty multitalented it’s wild to think he made two amazing games like Undertale and Deltarune and then finding out he made a whole rock opera called the baby is you
This was a… pleasant surprise 👀
The 3.D. verion of the song, the first bit when it repeats the same bit over and over, it's supposed to be the sound of metaphorically. I'm approaching and a build-up But then we get doctor who's personal battle Theme
And then we get a bit where it sounds like 2 people talking like. Why are you doing this and the other person saying? Because I can and I will do it all again, then it goes into. Sans in a blind rage that hes barely containing.."I made a promise, x50" That's how you would describe the music in this song...
wait till he here about time parodoxe theme or ink sans theme aor last breath theme.
