Hey! Good vid as always! I am pretty sure the bus-achivement is related to the Per Albin Bus Focus - so the player is forced to play democratic. Probably the description is not described good.

I played Sweden as democratic and done the proper focus, still no achievement. Developers told us that it's bugged, we're waiting for a fix.
