Such wonderful things transcend all considerations of political feelings and national prejudice. I hope you live far longer than all us old farts and live a wonderful, fulfilling life. ❤

I don't know if in the meantime you've done your research but there are plenty of men who play the harp. 80% of the classical repertoire for harp was written by men. Some of the most prominent to this day are Alexander Boldachev, Xavier de Maistre, Ion-Ivan Ronchea, Andrew-Lawrence King (if you're looking for some Baroque) and many others... Even where I study there are three very talented young men (not little kids compelled by their parents, they are truly passionate about their music). Edit: Victor Hartobanu is another good name that I'd like to add.

It is more usual to use sheet music at chamber music, but at solo competitions they are forbidden.
