The sound of Mozart’s music pours a certain kind of spiritual energy through my ears and into my heart ❤
Not all Mozart's music.
I’l never forget the first time I heard this. I was driving down the Philadelphia expressway. I could not imagine anything more beautiful. Mozart sounds deceptively easy but he demands a lot of his musicians. Only the best players can play Mozart.
John, I agree!
Greetings from Austria
Yes you got to have that special thing to make it come to life. And this is heaven.....
Only the best humans can play Mozart.
I fully agree with you, only the best artists can understand and do Mozart justice!!

This music reminds me of every good moment I've ever had in my life.
the second movement always sounds like pure heaven
The spirit of Mozart’s music will have been living on forever and ever never to be dead in the hearts of Mozart lovers.
Never to die in the hearts of music lovers, to be more precise.
One of the most beautiful performances I've ever seen. Sometimes I wonder if Mozart's reputation is a bit too hyped, and then his music speaks for itself. Greatest of all time.
❤ beautiful Music 22:57

"Sometimes I wonder if Mozart's reputation is a bit too hyped"..................................................................... When daydreams of madness come to disturb you, seek a doctor. Every time you doubt the genius of one of the greatest who ever rested his neurons on earth, go to the psychiatrist.
Mr. Flute Player, you are the master of your craft! What a joy to listen to you!
I absolutely love how fluently the two instruments take over for each other in dialogue
I think the most angelic and purest sound is from the harp
I first heard this played in a concert in the 1980s with Marisa Robles on harp and James Galway (playing a golden flute). It was played 'in the round' with the audience sitting all around the orchestra. I was on the front row in front of the soloists. A magical experience and I have loved this piece of music ever since.
Wow! That must have been amazing.
What an experience!!!! Sublime
The woman playing the harp has so much class.
Bless her soul.
No, bless her class...(ROFL)
CLASSICALFAN100 OK : let’s say « Bless her class, her soul and beauty ». how about that ?
And even more....... « Bless Mozart’s divine music »

An extremely polished performance! No more than i would expect from Zubin Mehta and the Israel Philharmonic. Excellent soloists!
Simplemente, maravilloso, excelente, extraordinario. Felicitaciones!!!!!!
Dido!
Beautiful Julia and so elegant, heavenly performed!!
As always, classical music relaxes, reminds us of the true audio beauty, AND reminds us that a good GOD has given great gifts to mankind thru the composers of the ages and excellent performers as well!! In this time of PANDEMIC we must thank HIM for these gifts and they who make it accessible to us. THANK YOU!!
Do I also have him to thank for the pandemic?
DP Again Maybe he is not the one to blame 🙃
The great gift of this veritable shit show, called Humanity. No all powerful God with the power to create these things would take any pride in this achievement. There are some amazing humans that lives and lived. That's about it.

@@mycide angry at God much?? smh...A benevolent creator gives free will. Some choose to make something beautiful out if it; some choose selfishness and greed which can have horrible effects (like all that 2020 has wrought). Is it fair to hold God responsible for what we choose to do with our free will? Can we not thank God for the creativity instilled?
0:23 I. Allegro
11:16 II. Andantino
20:00 III. Rondeau. Allegro
If you could only hear one Mozart for the rest of your life, this would have to be right up there.
Dick Stephenson Perhaps just a rung or two below the clarinet concerto. Its slow movement is miraculous. It's on TH-cam -- Icelandic performance.
@@ralphficker167 Agreed. These two concertos are real musical masterworks reflecting the full measure of their author's genius.
An angel on the harp and a pan on the flute, Maestro Meta, and a Wonderful orchestra, what do you want more! Taste of heaven!
Those feet don't look any thing like hooves! Wow, look at the size of those clodhoppers! ;-) I do wish he didn't fidget so much though. It's distracting.
The flutist and the lady on the harp outdo each other! Mr Mehta & his orchestra are exquisite! Breathtaking musical spectacle! Thanks.
This is my absolute favorite Concerto.
I don't know much about Classical music. But I know this much. This is from Heaven.
And Mozart was only 25 years old when he composed this celestial masterpiece! 25 year olds today....meh
@nakedBison69 It does.
This is from heaven!
The Harp is divine in here 😍
The 2nd movement feels like a love song, just beautiful from the world's greatest composer, duff my hat, Mozart!

Great Performance: orchestra and soloists !
Andantino starts at 11:06

Mozart's wonderful music always takes me to a better place.
A beautiful & healing treat greatly appreciated anytime; especially needed now during covid times. A time to let the mind drift away from troubles and breathe in the beauty.
Bravo to this magnificent elegant performance. ❤️

The spirit of Mozart’s music will live forever never to die in the hearts of Mozart's lovers❤
Great performance. Mozart is truly the Appolo of music as some wise man said.
I think Tchaikovsky called Mozart the Christ of Music.
And I think Dvorak said Mozart is Sunshine.
And that man would write: Apollo.
OMG, the intro of this piece actually forced tears of joy out of me, esp. coming through my Boston Acoustics computer speakers. Absolutely beautiful music !!!
@weilunkang -- Yes !! the Intro, and the entire score - Just so Beautifully played through my Boston Acoustics sound system for my Laptop !!! Oh Wow!!! I hear just about everything so perfectly!!! I love Mozart! This is one of my favorite, it is so beautiful, makes me dream while I listen! Mozart is a genius indeed! It is so moving, so pacifying!
The two virtuosos make this piece sublime. But Mozart, his genius permeates the firmament like no other
The whole dances on air. The rhythm precise and thrusting forward, yet light and Cheerful. So pleasing performances all.
Divine! Perfect to the tiniest detail!!!!
beautiful uplifting music in these troubled times..

Deeply inspired.
My sister, an Eastman School graduate on harp, University of Colorado-Denver harp faculty and first call union harpist performed this with the principal flutist for one of the symphonie's concert series programs.
Her husband was a cellist in the symphony also.
What a fabulous piece of music and the performers certainly did it justice.
Marvelous. Perfect playing by all, and a perfectly sized orchestra for two so delicate solo instruments. Maestro Mehta is an absolute giant.
Each piece in classical music is often a musical story, expressing emotions and meanings in a powerful manner. Every note and musical section contributes to telling a meaningful and emotional narrative.
I strongly recommend you to listen to a late Taiwanese singer, Tom Chang.
All the songs he created tell beautiful and meaningful narratives💯
Any enquiries? You can ask me😊
That was beautiful. Julia, you are an awesome Harpist! Such wonderful technique, expression and flair!
Que belleza!I love Mozart!
Greetings to all from Montréal.
Most beautiful piece of the art of music on the planet Earth. No doubt.
Absolutely out of this world. Magnificent. Bless you for posting.

Beautifully executed harp and flute Mozart Concerto K299
The melody that does not get out of your head once it is in the first time: 11:19 to 19:45
Exquisito Mozart, como siempre!!
Mozart wrote this concerto during his Paris journey, which was the most biographically important part of his life. It was his first time travelling without his controlling father. It introduced him to the best orchestra in Europe. He really fell in love for the first time on this trip, and experienced major heartbreak. He failed to land a good job anywhere, and was underpaid for the work he did. And while in Paris his mother died, causing a family crisis. He remained spirited through all of that. The letters he sent during his Paris journey are full of fart-jokes and other bathroom humor -- more so than was usual, even for Mozart.
Somehow, amid all the bustle, heartache, trauma, fart-jokes, hard work and disappointment he managed to write this beautiful and poised concerto.
He never received full pay for it.
As a classical pianist, of modest ability, I differentiate between two classes of classical performance giants: those who work hard and excel for the sake of achievement and fame (a perfectly laudible goal) and those who have that sixth sense (which I do too) of communication and their immediate goal is not to achieve fame or to be the absolute best. Their goal is to communicate and enter into a type of conversation with those blessed by this sixth sense, which is at an ........ (to use an understatement) angelic level. But out of some divinely ordained mandate, they achieve not only fame but immortality, as well. Ms. Rovinsky graciously belongs in this latter category for me!
So glad you played the traditional cadenzas they are extraordinarily beautiful and you played them exquisitely
Did Mozart write these cadenzas?
And, for those of you living in trailer parks in Mississippi, here's a "little help":
