VStar Universe is a crazy good set. One of the best 3 sets of all time. The gold cards, the charizard vs mew, the AR subset. IT has infinity things to love.
My local Walmart already has a ton of 151 restocked today, but be careful, for the Alakazam box at Walmart it is now 29.99!!! Didn’t notice until I got home it was that much. Got lucky and pulled a squirrel sir but won’t be buying anymore from Walmart 🤦♂️
When you talk about US prices, is that pre-tax? Trying to compare things to prices in Europe and it always seems it's so much cheaper in the States, but I'm guessing sales tax has to be added to those prices?
Hey, yes, pre import. Those prices are from Japan though. I just convert to US because most of my audience is there. You can do the conversion and then apply shipping and applicable taxes.

The YEN to USD price changed by like 7% in the last 2 weeks. Coincidence that all the pokemon cards went UP in the same two week span in USD price. I absolutely cannot believe it. What are the chances.
Hey Steven, yes, I did note this quickly in the vid. Not all boxes have gone up though, and in the case of VSTAR, it's sitting today at over 30% gains. It seems Japan's economic hardships aren't quite as bad as reported in Q1 which means many of these guys sitting on a ton of product aren't going to panic sell really popular sets into the ground. Bought a whole case to hold for 1200 bucks but ended up opening 7 boxes….I did end up pulling a god pack with the Venusaur and Charizard SIR, so I guess it was a good call to open that many???
Only about 400 dollars more to catch up to the much better investment historically which is English 😂, u know the language that is spoken around the world and not just one little small island….I’ll hard pass once again and wait for English reprint.
