It's funny because mine came with a pretty tight neck joint, but a very loose left hip joint. But, besides that, the figure is on point. It still baffles me how CT Toys are able to pump such knockoffs out at this price point, it's cheaper than most domestic mass-produced action figures, but yet it just feels remarkable in hand. Not trying to glaze CT Toys or bootleg-ers, as I did receive a pretty bad copy of the CT Toys Symbiote Spiderman, but that's only because I was comparing it to the OG that I already owned.

Mine came perfect! I went ahead and cancelled my ML brow suit Wolverine after having him in hand! Ct wolvy is sadly the same height as CT spidey hopefully CT can improve the spidy proportions. Tbh This is my figure of the year! nothing can touch this for the price 😂 there are waay better figures this year but non under $15 😂
A little heat shrink tubing on the ball joint on the neck would fix that head right up. And it looks extremely neat. If need be you can even layer it for thickness.
I hope if mares releases this figure, they include alternate shorter claw hands for the tiger stripe Wolverine, I would love to have that uniformity with the three wolverine releases.

They can make the height match to Marvel Legends because the original Mafex one is taller. Same with Spider-man by CT Toys. I guess, in China, they can copy the sculpt, etc. but cannot be perfect match with the original, otherwise, Mafex would not make their figures in China.
@trapcross I am not sure, if they just made a mold out of the original, because with modern materials, we can make 1:1 scale. Even with normal silicon caulk we can made a mold and need to add mineral spirit to make the mold shrink. Also the height differences seem different, in Spiderman the height is quite significantly reduced, compare to Wolvie here. This makes me think they could control the size and deliberately shrink the size. Also they have specific brand CT Toys, compared to other bootleg where normally have no brand, this type of bootleg is kinda new. But hey, I could be wrong here.
This thing is poorly made. The unmasked head doesn't fit properly on the head peg so it keeps falling off. The left claw hand has the same issue. I have to push the hand in as I move it so it won't fall out. You can see the thigh joints easily and they are very stiff while making a creaking squeaking sound. The knee joints pop out even when they aren't fully bent. You can see the end of the knee joint as you bend the leg. Sometimes they bend as they should but as I pose the figure more the kneecaps end up jutting out. If you're just going to put this figure in your Wolverine or Mafex case then you'll be fine but if actually plan on playing with this figure or using it regularly you should skip it and just spend the $25 on a Marvel Legend.

mafex is aware of ct knocking off this fig and they still have absolutely no plans on reissueing him

They just made a mold from the original Mafex. That’s why it’s smaller.
