@@Voodoofire1 I run the trail kings on the gladiator. They are my personal favorite and seem to work the best for what I do.
I have the lgrp on both of my trucks now. They are awesome for where i live.

Nice comparison! I have a few different Injora tires myself, they all seem to be good one way or another. I also tried some tires from RC Aidong I found on ebay I believe which are pretty nice. I need to get some axle extenders to fit bigger tires though. It all happens in stages. Thanks for another great video!
I’ve got three or four Injora tires and I like them a lot too. They’re hard to beat from a price perspective!
I love the scramblers , they perform good and look great, i just ordered some 56 injoras and treal wheels and cant wait to get them
The scramblers are such a great all-around tire.
You will like those 56 endura's but they do slip some on the rock

Back watching again, I’ve been using crawler innovations Little nova since 2012, I’ve been testing slime balls from flubber stuffers I’m switching all mine over Two slime balls they are that good

When I went big tire I started with the mudslingers and the switched to scramblers. Scrambler was better, now I have CI foams and LGs. I run on pretty abrasive native rocks so I am lucky and expect more performance with the new meats... 👍
Scramblers are a great tire. Do you vent them?
@@CapeCrawlers lately on my heavy SCX24 I am crawling vented with slightly cut foams up front and I like them sealed without foams out back. I also run Brass rings in my wheels up front.

Yeah the mud terrain tires if you look up Voodoo KLR/M’s they are the exact same tire my go to tire on all my 1/10 scale also the OG KLR exactly the same of the crawler masters all terrain M/T

Thanks! I do think the deadbolt handles the big tires better. It's just set up better for it out of the box.
I have the Bronco and upgraded installed every and I do mean every part I could buy to get the top heavy thing to perform. This only thing I've been stuck on is what shocks to run and the placement of them. Got some flex blades coming to try. The other thing was tires and the size. With the portal axel upgrade the stock size tire looks weak and way to small. Just ordered the Trail Kings based on their size. Thanks for the info here. Thinking I'm going to like the new tires.
How do the portals do on your Bronco? I feel they would raise the already high COG and make it super tippy. Did you counter that with a lot of width and weight?
@@CapeCrawlers I added weight in the wheels along with metal wheels. I also made it wider. It is crazy stable on the side tilt now. The shocks I have now in the front are forced drooped. That seems to keep the front from rising so much.
Hey! take a look at the Powerhobby trail warrior 1.0 tires! 64mm x 24mm its right around LGRP size. Thanks for the comparison, I just started a comp build and was wanting more info on all the big boy tires.

@@pgammans89 I dont know the exact width, but with the portals its substantially wider than stock. Plus I am running the stamped steel wheels with hubs reversed for extra width. I would guess it's ~10mm wider than stock per side

I'm totally disappointed you didn't have the RC4WD mudslingers in the comparison. Although I do love your build. Check out mine sometime it's not much different than yours. Great video

From a video perspective, it would help if you ironed the wrinkles out of your backdrop and created more separation between you and the backdrop. Love the videos!
I think about this all the time LOL every time I look at that backdrop I think “those creases make me crazy” but I never sit down and iron it out. Now that the channel is growing I think it’s time to take your suggestions to heart and upgrade my studio 👍🏻

Which wheels and tires do you run? Also do you have a parts list of everything build on the jeep gladiator?
I currently run the Injora stamped steel beadlocks with LGRP swamp king tires. My first video on this channel is an in depth build video of the gladiator with parts list in the description. Check that one out. I’ve changed a couple things since then but it’s mostly current
In 2024 What would be some of the best tire choices for grip, especially smooth surfaces like rocks? Im looking for an average size, not a larger tire. I'm new to crawling and i'm trying to get the best tire on the first try without having to switch to something else later.
Check out the LGRP black label tires. They are fantastic on smooth surfaces!

Yes, you’re right. After my full build video I scored a set of hot racing telescoping shocks at my local hobby store. That’s what I’m running in this video here. They’re a little longer than the RCLions I was previously running and they are silky smooth! Double the cost though, so I guess you have to consider that aspect.

The newer LGRP tires, the swamp kings are my favorite tires. My favorite wheels are the Mofo RC UPW wheels

Yes it does. The Injora pro 50 motor is really loud compared to other 050 sized motors.
