I’ve been having this problem for a couple of days now as of April 9 if you have Milot Rashica fut fantasy card on your team or bench it will give you that error message so take him out of your team and you should be able to play
Same thing happened to me this morning , it would go to an all white screen and give me that code , what I did , I just signed into my EA account on my phone and accepted the terms and agreement and after I did that I closed fifa and started again and it worked 💪🏼 by the way the code it gave me was Wv-109156-2

i fixed this way maybe gonna help. Open fifa2023- settings- online settings- ea account privacy and cookie policy and than go back. i dont know how but i did it this way and than turn back to here for help someone :)
So the problem for me was the team of the week neymar which for some reason ea took him out of the transfer market due to some price range issues and I couldn’t play with my team unless I took him off. Neymar wasn’t even in the market for sale due to this issue

Switch to another acc and do the thing that the game aska u can skip the game that u have to play there is no need then go on ultimate team and it does the update and then it when it gose on ultimate team just go back on ur acc it should be fixed
I had same issues which I contacted support and nothing was done about it but I was told by a friend to reach out to a friend which I did and he helped me in fixing mine and it's working perfectly fine, I sure he gone help you as well🎉
