  • July 20, 2024-A major theme of the Republican Convention, whith the media dutiflly repeated, was that they are heading to a big win in November. They may be leading in some polls now, but the election is still close and winnable for the Democrats.

I'm not saying this in a knee-jerk manner, nor am I trying to be confrontational on any level. You can believe whatever you like (isn't that one of the best things about this country?), but this administration has been dialing it in from day one (especially Harris), so I'm unsure what (other than continuing TDS) could be used to marshall the troops at this point, so to speak. Despite the unfounded propaganda and skewed statistics they've published, there are precious few 'accomplishments' to point to for Joe, and in American politics, that's usually a signal that the pendulum is about to swing the other way. The simple fact is that Biden was allowed to live in a bubble during most of his tenure; there was no shortage of people trying to tell him the plan wasn't working, but he had a cadre of handlers making sure that that message never got through. In the end, who was served by that? Certainly not the American people. By promoting the dog-and-pony show over substance, Dems have paved the way for Trump's return...there is no one else to blame if he and the GOP win in November.

Lmao Trump was only barely winning because Biden could no longer pass the basic bar dur to his age and health.
Even at Bidens worst and Trumps best Trump cannot get past 48%.
The people were clamoring for a different choice than either Trump or Biden. This is like 2016 when we begged for anyone but a Bush or a Clinton.
Theyve now been given that choice by the dems in the same way the gop gave them that new option with Trump in 2016
The people will reward the Dems for that in the same way they rewarded the GOP for that in 2016
Also Biden will go down in history as one of the most accomplished 1 term presidents in history especially since he willingly passed the baton.
We get it, people like you will never recognize the work Biden has done to fix this economy post Trumps failures during covid but thats okay
In 20 years the history books will be very kind to Joe and very awful to your ilk and that is what matters for posterity
