My favorite Yugituber said something nice about my favorite Trap deck?! 🙏🙏🙏 I'm so glad people are finally looking at Traptrix as a competent strategy. Will it be a best deck? Of course not. But I think there's a lot of potential for it as a relevant rogue strategy.
You're spot on about pure punk, it is pretty susceptible. Though I will say I've been playing around with gold pride-punk-kashtira and honestly it is pretty good and explosive. I've been able to make Baronne a good amount of the the time before the combo and the ability to switch into more bodies with gold pride or kashtira if I have birth is pretty nice. Ash on the Rising Carp hurts more than anything though LMAO
Branded has been my deck since it released and I love evolving it over the year. But I have a big feeling the next banlist will finally come for it. Once it gets hit I’m moving onto scareclaw as I just love how tri heart is their big boss monster and I love the play style

Just a thought! Love your content!

MAYBE it's how they played the top twir deck or they didn't u derstand timelords but time lord burn dose a lot more damage then people think and I feel might be underrated but that's just me.
Scareclaw's really only major problem is Nib running around I think. The deck has so much potential, especially with the new Kashtira extenders and spells. Def not a meta changer, but a great option, even more so with Alpha Master of Beasts absolutely bullying some decks. It being a solid budget option helps too
It's a budget deck for sure but you need alot of expensive things to play them to full potential, things like fenrir, adventure engine and Baronne are all playable and they're extremely expensive. Playing them by themselves isn't really worth it tbh.

Fenrir effect is on attack declaration which means it triggers before sea stealth attack would, if you don't have a way to out Fenrir, I suggest holding your Jellyfish effect for Fenrir. For the Branded MU, Jellyfish negates the effect not the activation so it works like Ash blossom would be against branded fusion with a branded lost on field. Against Labyrinth, your deck doesn't have a lot of trap outs so you'll have to side those, I personally play second going against trap decks and side evenly, lightning storms, etc but I haven't played Umi control for this format to tell you how much space you may or may not have in your side for that. Marincess... Just hope you don't match against one.

I don’t know about the dragon link Bystial spot I’ve been playing it and it throws a lot of people off guard and haven’t been seeing barely any hand traps. Full combo people don’t know what to do without having outs to it even is you get ashed with one of your first links you can still go into your combo easily. Plus you throw away so many link monsters you don’t need to cycle back into those are the best targets for the Bystials if your opponent isn’t playing light or dark

I'm playing them with VW now and the deck is good, even if they nibiru or ash your punk engine, you can just go with the VW plays and VW by itself can get you a dragoon and a crystal wing with a pop on the field which enough to win you against kash tbh. Disagree on d link. Bystials make the deck powerful in light and dark metas. But they also are hurt hard by bystials and shufflers. In tear the deck didnt do enough. Now borrelend is a win con into kashtira. Its also the deck that plays around handtraps the best second to spright and with the spright hit that is very relavent. By shufflers yes, by bystials not really. Although I also think that the deck deserved a higher rating. Alot of times, if you manage to get Borrelend on the field then no deck can easily out it.

Ninjas were a surprise second place and plunder won the local i was at. Kash was in the same boat with spright. Why didnt they ban a despia/branded cards?? Guess im playing handtrap tribrigade with zeus again.
Does anyone have the Dracoslayer list he was referring to that topped? I can't find it anywhere
Where did dracoslayer top at? where is the list
Where is Earth Machine ? :D
Not cali forgetting plunder patroll D:. Plunder Patroll is at least top deck seeing a lot of play and is extremely cheap.
I think that punk especially the Therion variant is a lot better than decks like marincess or scareclaw
I'm playing them with VW now and the deck is good, even if they nibiru or ash your punk engine, you can just go with the VW plays and VW by itself can get you a dragoon and a crystal wing with a pop on the field which enough to win you against kash tbh.
Going 2nd, the deck can play things like lava golem and make zeus extremely easily.
Mathmech the goat cybers deck
Dogmatika that's a deck that surprising and ripping the extra deck. Very good against branded
"hmm yes today I would like to let branded go +5 during my end phase"
No way you ain't trolling lol
@@bencrandall-malcolm8303if you do full combo with the new card you can nearly rip there entire deck so if you rip all there good targets I think it’s gg?? Idk I’m trying to see what this guy is saying 😂
Massive L take on Rikka. Don’t sleep on that deck
Plunders best deck, let’s goooo
Aye cali I’ve got a crazy madolche deck for you to take a look at
Did you forget the tcg exclusive deck gold pride mix that with punk
Marincess is high up there... vindication is mine.
How does Ninja beat Labyrinth ?
Where does runick rank?
Chaos max actually could have a chance this format as well as blue eyes in general because sage is so good and guarddragon pisty still exists there is a combo where with trade in you can make a lot of negates with number 38 107 90 and appolousa which isn't too bad and chaos max can play iblee and book of moon and eclipse
Dark world is fire this format.
@Ignisters being slept on
I teally need to finish my dex and get out to my first duel
Someone needs to show up to this man’s locals and start shitting on him w blackwings stg my birds never get any respahct
I think it takes sprights role this format.
By shufflers yes, by bystials not really. Although I also think that the deck deserved a higher rating. Alot of times, if you manage to get Borrelend on the field then no deck can easily out it.
@@dumbguy5435 If they chain a bystial to pisty or to your bystial you get stuck
i am playing six samurai or i die
HERO bros... Cali forgot about us again....
Traptrix is one of the best decks in this meta and should be in the meta changer tier
Yo I know they fallen off but if you could support our brother of a feather and do a updated black wing deck profile that be awesome
No HERO you got to be kidding, this is an insult
MY GUY! Sleeping on drytron AGAIN!
No Dino DNA? 😢
What happened to the “oh no what are you doing baby”?
so.... redeyes, blue eyes and dark magician decks have no place in the current meta....
I mean, Marincess obviously is the best deck 😁
I still don't understand how you said "tri-heart" can't be tributed for lava golem.
he said if you only summon tri-heart and pass
@@astogram4321 bruh, so you're gonna go through the trouble of summoning tri heart but not even use his effect to just keep 1 monster on field ?
Tri heart is ok in some niche situations but I think almost every deck has an out to it. Branded pops it with beast, Kashtira pops it with the field, Swordsoul can use vishuda, labyrinth doesn't care, D link is a link deck and even mathmech can just go Accesscode and otk very easily.
