The stage at the Hammersmith Odeon Theatre has seen thousands of bands perform over the years but few could have put its stability to the test more then Venom. This epic concert filmed as part of the “Live From London” series in 1985, shows what is possible when a high-octane crowd meets a heavy metal band determined to blow them away. Metal has changed ill give you that, but in my opinion, though it doesnt carry the same shock, and heaviness, its just getting better and better, i myself am into the core subgenres, but i still love older 80s metal like slayer, death, cannibal corpse, etc. Give it all a chance, its all classified as metal, and its subgenres
