For the first time in my life I had hold my breath for four minutes.I feld total bliss. At that point I believe I was about to leave my body when I a voice from heaven suddenly announced ..... IT'S ALMOST BLACKFRIDAY!!! Which pulled me right back into my body. OMG a life safer😂.
Oh my gosh....this is a Game Changer!!!!! Thank you So Much!!! This will be part of my daily wellness routine, and Go To throughout the day whenever I need to!!! 😃🙏🌬❤

@@SamanthaGluck You know I feel exactly the same sometimes. It's like I get these emotions of relief and appreciation for every little simple thing in my life and I realize how silly I am sometimes for stressing the not important stuff. Almost like talking to myself saying "its okay buddy we are going to handle this easily"

The breathing pace is pretty much the same in all videos and does not change throughout any video :)
