I can see that in addition to great technique, these melodies are very refined. What I mean is that there are no unnecessary notes taken from the usual pattern. Your commitment to creating extraordinary music is significant. Well done, truly.
This is the tune I play every Friday, when I drive home from work. For some reason I arrive home 10 minutes early. Another belter from an incredible Album.
…and now I’m spent…this, along with “Ambedo”, is definitely my favorite. Love the middle section when it goes to half time (triplet), then to (maybe ironically) fours…and that fire it brings…we thank you, good sir!
Tons of good players out there, but few that are great. I put Tramaine in that category with Andy James, Satriani, Petrucci, etc….the playing is so smooth and fluid. He makes it look so easy and the tunes are catchy. I wish him continued success!
I just purchased the digital album on the strength of this song, but I'm listening for the first time and I had to stop the track "I" to come here and say "Holy shit, bro!" I am blown away.
I am from Indonesia, I have been following you since you got only below 1K followers. I already noticed that you are great player but so underrated. Now, the world recognizes you more and even more. Congratulations.🎉
A bit of joe satriani with more heavyness to it and with your special touch !! And even more!! Your tone is just perfect !! Love your playing, makes me want to get better and go play right now !! Thanks for that !! Awesome !!❤👍🤘
I just love the underlying heavy riff, such a perfect vehicle to put the solos on top of! Well done, I'm sort of new to the Tramaine experience outside of JTC, and looking forward to digging much deeper, well done! Cheers
Love this track! So catchy and melodic for the ears🔥 How low are actually your strings? Seems like there is no space at all between the strings and fretboard😅
May I ask you how you setup your strings action please ? im used to play at low action 3/64 (1.1mm) low E and 2/64 (0.8mm) high E at 12th fret on a Vigier Shawn Lane (factory setup) but its probably not optimal.. I d'like to setup my strings action like you, i'm just a fanboy
Sure! Unfortunately, I have no idea what my action is because in all honesty, I’ve never changed it from factory setup on any of my Mayones, I’ve never felt the need to! When I used to tinker with the action when I played Ibanez, I’d basically try to get it as low as possible without getting any fretbuzz, and then go a quarter of a turn higher from that. But since I’ve not been concerned about it, I feel that my playing has improved. I think it’s good to have a bit of variation 😁
Likely not as good as teaching, in person or his own site as well as jtc guitar, plus merch. But as an aspiring muso myself I'd also be quite interested in hearing from Tramaine about the business side of things if he's up for it! I think you really have to do a bit of everything to make a living in music. Devin Townsend did a really good interview about it, talked about his income/outgoings from touring, cost of producing albums, paying session, etc etc plus what he takes home at the end. It might sound a bit mercantile but unfortuantely it's important if you really want to do nothing but make music
Not really if I’m honest, but things have improved year by year, so I’m grateful for that. Ultimately, it’s a case of exposure so I rely on a lot on you guys to spread the word etc!

Thank you very much 🙏🏼
There hasn't been a player since Satriani with such a smooth way of conveying melody. Unreal stuff! So f**king good!
